Disappointing. I came in on a Saturday night 10/19/24. As soon as I entered, one of the employees said that they were closed. I said ok and went back to my car. When I turned on the ignition, I noticed the neon open sign is still lit and remembered seeing about 6 to 8 people inside. Does Google have the wrong information about their hours of operation? Before going there, I did looked them up and it says they close at 10 pm and my ETA is 9:30. So I checked Google again and closing time is still the same, 10 pm. I prefer not give a negative review, but like I said I was disappointed. I should've told them that it's not 10 yet. If their store hours did changed, then they need to make sure that the platform that the public uses have the right info. I don't even know if the company will be able to read my review and make changes or not, I guess we'll see. I just want to add that I always stop by and get a drink in the evening right after work. I was doing some errands that Saturday night and wanted some boba. But that's ok, there are other places that sells boba...

I heard that this was a pretty good spot and was slightly disappointed. The drink was not too bad, kind of felt watered down (before ice started to melt) but had flavor and overall wasn't too bad. I would like to try some other menu items as I think I may like something else. They have many options! I've had better experiences with other boba places in the area; their drinks were more appealing.

The thing that really annoyed me was their temperature control. I went in the winter and they had heating. However it was really humid. I could see condensation on the windows just dripping down. It was quite hot making me want to sweat.

Otherwise plenty of seating, a cozy couch, and fun games to play. I can see why it's a popular hangout and wish I could've enjoyed it more than I had. I'll be back to try this particular menu item that caught my attention but I won't be...

This location used to provide good service and drinks but nowadays it's nothing but chaos and disorder. Orders are constantly mucked up (Yesterday I ordered two same identical drinks but when I got home, noticed one of them had a huge chunk of clear blob looking thing in there while the other one was prepared as I ordered it).

The gal making it looked so confused and it was not even a complicated order! Also two of my previous orders were stuck in limbo through grubhub. So I ended having to wait an additional 25 mins during their busy times. Not even an apology or acknowledgement whatsoever that regardless of what ordering system used, they take ownership of it and make it right.

Seems like all the good preparers are no longer there, replaced with ditsy people who can't seem to prepare even a simplest drink. Guess I will have to order it from Bothell...
