One has to keep in mind that this is a food court location so I was not expecting a tremendous amount as I had never dined at Chipotle before.
We ordered a steak burrito and a cheese quesadilla Charging $25 for this seemed very expensive. I've gone to other restaurants that don't charge anywhere near that amount.
On the positive side, the burrito was stuffed to the brim and that was good, but the steak had no flavor whatsoever. I've seen other people complain that their burrito was too salty. This had no seasoning at all.
Quesadilla was just really put together quickly and it tasted like cardboard We asked for chicken ... it was flavorless along with the cheese ... flavorless.
The first person who put together the burrito arbitrarily put avocado on it and of course there's an extra charge for that. I did not realize that they put the avocado on, so I got it and saw it on the bill. The second person who put together the quesadilla did warn us that avocado was extra
So is it horrible No. is it worth the money. No.

Read morei’ve been to this chipotle a handful of times, and never had a particularly good or bad experience. however today my grandma who is visiting from Asia told me that as she was ordering, she asked the guy preparing her food to repeat what he said because she couldn’t understand him. after doing so, the guy and another girl working there both laughed at her. she proceeded to tell them not to laugh at her, to which they stopped. but the fact that they were doing so in the first place over something as minor as repeating a simple question is very disheartening. even if laughing isn’t as blatant as other forms of disrespect, it certainly doesn’t make someone feel good, especially if they are a foreigner whose first language isn’t English! conversely, i had a friend who worked here a few months ago but ended up quitting, and now i can...
Read moreI waited in line for 20 minutes to be served at this Chipotle. Upon reaching the front of the line, they informed me that they are overburdened by online orders and cannot take any more in person orders, that the 2 people in front of me are the last people they will be serving. They then advised that I can place an order online and pick it up in person. How does this make any sense? If you can take my order online, why does it make sense to deny an in person order, on top of the fact that I had just waited 20 minutes? Also, if you are going to turn down in person orders, go send someone out to cut off the line and let it filter through, you don't let people wait in line forever just to say sorry when they reach the front. This was just an aweful experience, whoever is managing tonight handled this situation...
