I have been a regular of this location of Jamba since 2013. Right now the management is very poor at customer service. Today, I was yelled at by manager Marion, to leave the store because I insisted on getting my money back for an order that could not be fulfilled due to running out of the product. ( I had even called ahead to see if they had the ingredient I wanted, and the answer was yes) I paid for a drink I didn't get, and got yelled at by the manager Marion to leave the store! Very bad treatment indeed! There had been a response to contact Jamba district manager. Thomas did not address this for weeks, and when he did he dismissed my valid complaint. Even though it was revealed that employees are lying to customers and I was not taken seriously. I asked him to give my complaint to his boss, he assured me he would. No response. Thomas did follow up in a manner that was as abusive as Marion. Jamba does not value their regular customers. I have spent over $ 70.00 per week at Jamba on a regular basis. Yet, when a customer is met with bad service or quality of food, the attitude at Jamba is, oh well, we don't value you anyway. Current bad experience: In a recent visit to Alderwood Jamba ( my visits have changed from regular to occasional. I had come to order my drink from the real manager). The usual person was not there, Marion still there. She and her groupie friend met my order for wheatgrass with" you wouldn't want the grass juice as the grass is all dried up" I only know Marion to lie about wheatgrass orders ( she doesn't want to prepare wheatgrass juice). I asked to see the wheatgrass. Marion went to the back, and brought a full beautiful looking flat of wheatgrass. Marion then said, its moldy, and dumped the whole flat into the garbage. When I asked to talk to management, she said she is the manager. Looks like by reviews here, and Jamba's lack of response to bad customer service, Jamba is going out...
Read moreI remember watching Artie Lange on a talk show once talking about his drug addictions. He said he just wasn't the kind of guy who you'd see at Jamba Juice and I kind of laughed. I've never used drugs or alcohol in my life and Jamba Juice is one of the more likely items in my diet to kill me at some point. It's so delicious. I've been a customer since they were Zuka Juice 20+ years ago and I still have a Zuka Juice mug even. In my 20's I could pound a couple of larges a day, which equates to a metric butt-ton of sugar. I've had to slow down dramatically but this is still my families favorite go-to refreshment on a hot summer day. I've had nearly everything on the menu and it's all delicious. My personal favorite is the Strawberry Surf-Rider which was once known as the "Strawberry Tsunami" but was renamed after the tsunami in Thailand 12 years ago out of a misplaced sense of sensitivity. They've tweaked the recipe a little bit in the past couple of years and made it even better, removed the bananas and made it a bit more tart. I used to order it without the bananas anyway and I'm guessing I'm not the only one since they made an official change. The way they do it now is perfect. My second favorite is the Aloha Pineapple. These days, I'm older and their large isn't nearly as "large" as it once was so I can indulge occasionally without sending myself into a diabetic coma. Not all locations are equal in quality but this one has been consistently good far as long as I've been a customer. I kind of wish I had one...
Read moreThis review is for the service provided on Monday August 23rd 4:45pm to 5:00pm. I have been Jamba Juice customer for years and have been to many locations across the states but this location has one of the worst customer service. Employees are clearly not well trained and donât have a single basic customer service skill. The small young lady in yellow shirt, brown hair, 5â1 working at this location is rude, unprofessional and has a very bad work ethic and attitude. She walked pass me and then into the counter when I first enter without acknowledging my existence. Then when my order was ready, she just left the drink on the counter while laughing and joking around with her coworker without announcing if the order is ready or if itâs my order. I came up and said âexcuse meâ multiple times with no replies. She continued chatting and then going back inside. ???!! Itâs so unacceptable for her behavior as sheâs working in the store not like playing around in highschool. Another young girl had to come up to confirm my order so i can finally pick it up and leave. Very...
