The worst customer service, not only do they choose what hours they decide to open but they also won’t allow you to buy anything unless you use mobile order, I had to ask a coworker to order for me but it wouldn’t allow to order a grilled cheese because it was “sold out” come to find out the girls there working cancelled it because of 2 left in inventory. I went over to try and purchase but she said to call my coworker and have her re order it when She fixed the count. I only get 30 min for my lunch and while I was waiting for the ticket to print (confirmed payment) she kept looking up at me, I was also standing in front of their self serve water thing that when another customer asked for water she told her “oh she’s blocking it”. Seriously you shouldn’t be working in the food industry or any industry that’s face to face if your going to be rude. She also kept looking up at me instead of doing her job making drinks. I understand being short staffed but she seemed like the type that had an underlying issue with me for no apparent reason. I told me coworkers and heard several stories about issues with this specific location. Found out the employees name is Sophia. She was Working at 4:30, on 10/18, hopefully something gets...
Read moreThe employees are nice but their hours of operation are inconsistent. Sometimes they’ll open at 10 on Sunday and other times at 11:30, then they might close at 6 or 3 if it’s what they feel like.
Today I decided to go stand in line (since mobile ordering was off— as it often is) and an employee came and physically got between me and the people in front of me in line, then proceeded to talk on her phone for a few minutes before she turned around and told me the people in front of me would be last people they helped. As a fellow mall employee I can understand that it’s overwhelming at times but this location really needs to make multiple changes. Part of that change needs to be at a management level since I know that there are times where the employees are told to keep making drinks after they’ve hit their limit and they’re not allowed to switch out. In addition, a former employee of this store has mentioned that they’re sometimes told to clock out half an hour early and to...
Read moreI had an amazing barista make two great drinks for us and was extremely kind today. Unfortunately, this light-brown haired barista with cute buttons attach to her Starbucks apron was working the bar all by herself. Her female coworkers did not help her make a single drink of the 8 pending drinks, to a point where the barista even made a comment to me about how she was working alone with 4 other people behind her. It was unfortunate to see only one man working register kindly, while the chill barista compensated for all the work that 3 girls refused to do. I felt a duty to leave a review after my sad interaction with this this kind person, in hopes that management would see the way some of their employees treat the kind hard working ones. I suggest finding more baristas like that male and female, and finding less...
