Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lynnwood

NEVER will go to this location again. Was a regular here and I will drive further down the road to a different location from now on. Tonight I went to this location at around 10:40pm to place a take out order. Online it states carryout orders are available until 11pm. My order would take 10 minutes. So I get there about 10:40pm. Doors are locked. I go back to my car and call the store. A guy answers. I tell him that I just tried to come in to place a to go order but the doors were locked. He tells me he locked the doors early. Offers no explanation for why he closed the doors early. I mention that online it says take out orders are open until 11pm. He then says he'll place an order for me. He sounds irritated that he has to. I start placing an order and my bf interrupts me and suggests going to another place because of the attitude we're getting. The guy sounds annoyed and asks "Are you gonna place an order or not?!" I then tell him to go ahead and cancel the order. He literally YELLS something unintelligible into the phone and then hangs up on me. I then see a guy look out the window from the store. I have NEVER had anyone treat me so rudely and unprofessionally at this location. Dominos need to cut this person loose. Garbage employee. This place needs people like Evan and Bryson in there. Went to another Dominos location and the door was open. I walked in and asked if they were open to do take out. The employee said their store closed for take out orders at 10pm. I offered to pay a delivery fee to have them bring it out to the car. Employee then says "don't worry about it" and takes my order. The 2 guys working there were chill as f. Maybe dude at the Lynnwood location should take note...

This franchise is fraudulent. On Sunday, August 20th, 2017, I ordered $45 worth of food and did not receive my $6 salad. I requested not to have the driver go back to the store to retrieve the salad because it had taken him 30 minutes to deliver my pizza (according to the tracker on the Dominos app). I did not want my salad an hour after receiving my pizza. When I was told by the manager that I could not receive a refund for my salad because the partial refund process is too "difficult" to complete, I accepted a voucher for a free salad. After asking the young lady manager if the voucher would be valid in my home state (I am visiting family here in Lynnwood), she said I would have to call my own location to see if they would take the voucher for my free salad. That was the tipping point for me because I find it unsatisfactory to have to do the leg work for a mistake that was made by this franchise. The manager had no answers to any of my other questions and didn't seem to really know anything about her franchisee's business policies. After calling corporate customer care, I still have not received a refund, a salad, or a reply. I will continue to call corporate until I hear from someone or see my refund. Until then, I will be happily ordering from my local and awesome Domino's, where they know how to take care of...

I was so disappointed today!! Okay, so here's the story. I order this same order from this location all the time and while sometimes something mat hot be perfect; tonight, my entire order and experience as a whole was garbage! The portioning for the pasta and tots was almost comical. The pizza in the order was overcooked in some places and under in others and forget about the extra sauce that was requested. The pasta was very overcooked but it did have a good flavor in the bite I did try before tossing it with the rest of my order. Finally, the experience at the store. I requested curbside today and put my flashers on as requested. But, when I received the note my order was ready I patiently waited...and waited.. and waited.... until I couldn't stand it any longer as I was already too tired from work and traffic to sit and continue to wait for something clearly not coming out. So, I go in and see 5 workers and my order just hanging out there waiting like me. .. getting cold. So overall not a good experience and one of the worst food orders I've had in years!! All wasted money... now in...
