Worst customer experience EVER! Mobile order was incomplete when I got home. Called restaurant and they told me to just ask for missing McNugget order next time I was in as they could do refunds on mobile orders. The person I spoke to never provided their name or stated that I needed to keep receipt to receive the missing item.
2 weeks later, I visited the establishment again and requested the missing item, in which the employee informed me multiple reasons why they cannot replace the missing item which I had already paid for but did not receive:
I found this to be ridiculous since I had paid for the item and never received it, it should not matter how long of time had gone by. She then went and got the manger who had the same lack of hospitality and customer service skills as the previous employee. She was very rude and condescending, and only agreed to replace the item once I told her that I would be contacting the corporate office to inform them of the horrible customer service at this establishment. Upon asking her what her name was, I asked her how to spell it, and she replied with "the exact same way as it sounds": Waji
All of this over a 10 piece chicken McNugget in which if they had not messed up the original order, it would never have happened. I don't understand why they would not just replace the item when I informed them of the situation. They have missed items on orders many time before I a sure. This location is not concerned about treating people fairly or taking care of their customers, so make sure to double check all your to-go orders during the COVID times as if they make a mistake, they will try to rip you off and keep your money. ...
Read moreChecked in for curbside in spot 5 at 6:53 pm. App said 2-5 minutes for the food to come out. Only ordered a large sprite, large fry, and some ketchup. About 20 minutes go by and I decided to call the store. I understand they were busy, but by this point it had been way too long. No one answered when I called the store so I gave it a few more minutes. After another 10 minutes I decided to just join the drive thru line. Employee at the first window told me to go to the second window for my mobile order. By the time I arrived at the second window it was already 7:30. Employee asked me if I had a happy meal, I responded by saying I had a mobile order I had been waiting for over 30 minutes for in the curbside spot. He asked me for my code and I told him I did not have one because I checked in curbside in spot 5. He said that he needed the code and I showed him my receipt and told him that was all I had. He proceeded to angrily argue with me. I am not a confrontational person so I started crying as he rudely told me he didnt have it without looking. Employee behind him told him that it was right here and he gave me the order and the second gentleman told me to have a good night as I was in tears. First employee was extremely rude and handled the situation horribly. I will NEVER be returning to this location and will make sure all of my friends and family know about this situation as well because this was unacceptable. Read moreIf your ordering here make sure to just us the kiosk right away. Otherwise, your experience might be like mine where it takes just five minutes shy of an hour to get a large Coca-Cola. I waited at the front counter for 20min as the only customer. No body would acknowledge me. They would look at me and ignore my advances to summon somebody over to order. Once somebody finally did come over its because more people showed up. I am first in line when someone finally comes over and I was asked what my order was and I said I need to make one. I was then immediately waved a side? You make your order at the kiosk? I request we just do it now at the counter. I’ve already been waiting for a very long time and I’m paying cash which the kiosk won’t accept anyways. No! So I get out of line to go make this order for a large drink at the kiosk, and then wait in line again with my receipt, so the same person who told me she wouldn’t take my order is now happily taking my money. Obviously if they had some sort of sign that said this is how they want it done it would be different but they don’t. So if that’s not already bad enough once the order is placed one might think that the person who just rang me up might just be able to hand me a large drink cup finally but no, I wait again for another 23min for them to fill up a large cup...
