Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Lynnwood

Honestly, pretty shocked by this location! I’ve never had a bad experience with Papa Johns ever! This is the first time I had it in Washington though.

I honestly prob would have even resisted posting this review if the employees had been even remotely empathetic about making me wait. I placed an order 2 hours in advance for a carry out. Once I arrived I was ignored at the door and made to stand waiting for 5 minutes before I even got acknowledged.

Finally when I was acknowledge it wasn’t hello or I’ll be right with you, it was you have to wait we don’t have enough staff. I said no problem I can wait a few minutes. I tried to let her know if it made an difference I was just here for a pick-up and I was snapped back at about how it doesn’t matter what I need. She needs to hit her metrics by completing her current order. Kinda annoyed at this point but it was 90 degrees out and they looked short handed; so I was trying to be understanding.

Eventually after about 10 minutes I heard one employee tell the other “it doesn’t matter how long these carry-outs wait, our current order are more important” this was very clearly said loud enough for me to be the intended target for this message. So I waited another 5 minutes and the lady angrily barked out, asking what I wanted. I told her my name and the carry out order. She grabbed my food off an unheated rack printed my receipt and threw both on the counter before leaving back to her work.

Meanwhile, after all this, I eagerly opened my box in the car to cold pizza and a burnt Papadia. Figured rather than make this ladies day worse I would leave this review so the location owner can get their house in order. We loved you in the Midwest Papa Johns but if you can’t get it together I’d happily take my business to Dominos…=/ Good luck, please turn...

Ordered pizza on Christmas, I saw they were outside and watched the driver drive up and leave. Didnt use the door bell for the apt or even get out of the car or call. They sent another one over for free and the same thing happened. By this time we had been waiting for about 3-4 hours and decided to just make sandwiches and accepted 2 free pizzas at a later date. We understood because they contracted to door dash it wasn't thier fault. However when we called to redeem the guy told my bf an hour but when I called to confirm address because they didn't he said over an hour and he was very rude. Well they delivered the wrong pizza and drink. We called and asked to speak to the manager and the guy lied and said he had to get the manager but then said the manager was busy and he would call us back. The girl who delivered the right drink the 2nd time this night apologized and said the manager wasn't even there? All in all we had to wait a total of 40 min to speak to someone, they took the order down incorrectly, provided the wrong drink, cold pizzas and lied instead of being upfront about the situation. May not seem like much but after 4 attempts to get the original order over 2 days along with the attitude they gve us was enough for us to decide to end our love affair with that Papa johns. Kudos for the door dash driver willing to bring the correct drink on the 4th attempt to...

Do not order from here. Had to order twice on Christmas and the order never got delivered either time. They ended up refunding the money and then offering us an equal order as compensation. Okay. Disappointed but at least they compensated for their mistake. Then fast forward to today. Finally decided to cash in and order the food. Waited 20 min for them to even answer the phone. After taking my order the guy didn't verify my address and said the order was going to be an hour. So I end up calling back and got placed on hold for another 20 minutes just to check on the address. They guy was rude who answered the phone and verified the address. Finally after 1.5hours of placing the order I get a call from the door dash driver saying they were here. The driver didn't know which building to go to as it was not documented on the address. Then I immediately found out that they were given the wrong soda, and on top of that they got the entirely wrong toppings on one of the pizzas. When I called back to speak with a manager, one of the regular employees answered and said that the manager asked if we could call back because he was busy.

10/10 do not recommend ordering from this place.

PS. I had to reheat the pizza in the oven because it was too cold to eat... My location is 5 minutes...
