I arrived at 647pm on 12/16/2022 Ordered a large sub. $20 added a 20% tip. They started my order. Asked to use restroom. Cassidy said I can’t use it. Company policy. As they were just closing. Asked to talk to a manager. Was told no manager was there. Asked for the managers name. Cassidy said she can’t give me the managers name. Another co-worker told me if they let ME use the restroom, they would have to let other customers use the restroom. SO WHAT IS YOUR POINT ? Are you not a business open till 7pm ? I was the only customer there. There were 3-5 employees there. Would that have been such an inconvenience for their LAST customer to use one of 2 available bathrooms while waiting for them to cook my order ??? She said I can email the company with any complaints. She said their sign says within 30 minutes of closing dining and restrooms are closed. Not accurate. The sigh actually said no dining within 30 mins of closing. I was not dining there. Ordered take out. Sign did not say restrooms closed within 30 mins of closing time. The sign said the dining room was closed within 30 mins of closing time. Makes sense. And why was there not any manager or supervisor on duty ?? Or at least one willing to identify themselves as such ? Closing the bathroom for paying customers the last 30 minutes before closing. Bad business practice. For this reason. I cannot recommended this business. Until they adjust their use of restroom policy. Too bad as I used to like their food and have been a regular customer for many years. If they close their restrooms at 630 pm to paying customers, yet are open till 7pm. I recommend future customers do not order any take out orders between 630 and 7pm. Tubs Subs of Lynnwood. I request a response from you. In the meantime. I strongly recommend customers avoid this business at all their locations in Washington state. . It appears Tub Subs has locations in Lynnwood and Lake City. If I receive a response , I will update it here. Thanks for reading. Eric P. 12/16/22. 730pm.

This review is based largely on Doordash and pickup ordering experiences. The Sub Panini sandwich came with a few pieces of lettuce, cheese, maybe half a knife full of sauce, 2 pieces of spinach and the onions I specifically asked NOT to be included. There must be new management of this place, because the sandwiches have gone from being really good over the last couple of years to being awful. They put a generous amount of toppings on the Meat Sandwiches, but basically could care less when making any sandwiches from their Veggie menu. Why offer these options at all if you can't deliver a decent veggie sandwich?? See included photo of uneaten Sandwich. It's 95% bread. This is not a sandwich. And charging $15 for it is a JOKE and quite frankly insulting. The only thing really enjoyable is the cookies. Maybe you should re-open as a Bakery. 🤗

Arrived at around 1pm on a Sunday to get subs to go. There wasn’t much a line to order, but the place was packed. I waited about 10-15 minutes after ordering to get my food but it was worth the wait. The menu is extensive with many appealing options, it was hard to decide. We got the Tokyo Club and the Grinder. I really enjoyed the Tokyo Club - the wasabi mayo with cucumber really has hints of Japan in the taste. It was a little on the pricey side as large subs are over 12 dollars each so just two sandwiches with no drinks came out to $28.44. However, the ingredients are quality, the subs are filled well, and the bread is outstanding. Great lunch to take for a picnic in one of the nearby beach parks!

I had a weird experience at the Tubs in Lynnwood on Wednesday (10/9). I love this place and have only ever gotten the Funky Bird as it’s my favorite, but today I decided I’ll try the meatball sub. Every meatball sub I have ever had in my life has had meatballs covered in tomato sauce/pasta sauce covered in cheese. So this is what I had in my head. Tubs version came with a vinaigrette, sundried tomato paste, topped with tomatoes and red onions (all of which I thought were bizarre things to put on a meatball sub) in addition to provolone, Parmesan and garlic seasoning. So I asked for a small MEATBALL sub with just the provolone, Parmesan and garlic seasoning. The cashier looked at me weird and asked me to repeat my order. Which I did TWO more times. She then shows me the long list of items she removed from the sandwich which I only quickly glanced at because I repeated my order 3 times for her. Then I overhead the guy making my sandwich laughing at the ingredients and I’m sitting there thinking “what is going on right now”? So they hand me my sandwich shortly after and I go to eat it and there are NO MEATBALLS. They basically gave me garlic bread and charged me $13 plus (price plus tip) for that. So I went back in and said “hi, um, there are no meatballs on my sandwich”. The cashier said I showed you the list of the items I removed. I was like “but I ordered a small meatball sub. The meatballs are the base why would I not want meatballs”. I then asked if they could fix my sandwich or just give me the meatballs. I stood there awkwardly for 6 mins and then they hand me a cup of meatballs. I sit back down and open the cup and there is no sauce on the meatballs. At this point I just shook my head and put my dry, naked meatballs on my sauce less garlic bread. It’s clear to me now that they don’t offer a traditional meatball sandwich. They offer naked meatballs and now all those toppings they had on the sandwich make more sense. This could have been prevented. The cashier could have said something like “ it looks like you’re looking for a traditional meatball sub. We don’t offer that here”. Could have prevented so much confusion and making me feel foolish or dumb. To be fair to her though maybe she’s never had a traditional meatball sub. This experience was a huge downer. Not sure if...

Great food! Horrible customer service!!! I placed an ordered online for delivery and hour and half later it still showed on the tracking that the order was being prepared. I called them to ask how long it might be and was told they don't know and food had been ready for for an hour. The gentleman I talked to over the phone was very polite and told me that they go through 3rd party for delivery which is Doordash and the driver hasn't come yet. I asked him if I can just come pick it up as our whole office been waiting for lunch for hour and half now and he said yes. I go there to pick it up and as one of the male employee is handing me the food, another female employee comes and snatches the bag out of my hand...like what??!! Who does that? She tells me I can't pick it up cause it's Doordash's order? I paid for the order so it's my order and also I just called 10mins ago to ask if I can pick it up and she tells me "well you didn't talk to me", how am I suppose to know I needed to talk to her? She's not even the manager. I continue to explain to her that I ordered on your website for delivery, now who you choose for your delivery is not my choice. I didn't order through my Doordash account so there is no way for me to cancel it. She takes that order back and calls someone and in the mean time the male employee apologies for the way she was acting and tells me they do have the option to cancel the order, so I told them to cancel it and charge me right here right now. At the end she comes back and still tells me this is not how it works and asks me if I proof that it's my order, I showed her the email on my phone. She finally gives me the order but still continues to be rude. I asked her if I can get her managers contact information kindly, she yells at me "it's on the website, you can get it from there", I checked the website and besides the store phone number there is no contact information for the manager or the owner. I've never had this kind of customer service in my life, this female employee was super rude and very unprofessional. My whole office orders food from there at least once a week, we will not being doing that anymore! I just hope the owners of this business knows what kind of customer service is...
