Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lynnwood

I normally order a pizza and pick up within 15 min. Great price & no problems. 2 days ago I ordered the same pizza I normally order but had to get delivery because I am not cleared to drive right now due to health issues. I live a mile away it takes 4 min to get there and my order took over an hour plus was an additional 20 min late on top of that and the pizza was poorly made and the cinnabons were overly cooked and cold plus I ended up having to cook a different meal for my daughter because she was starving and it took so long. I called into the Lynnwood store and the guy was totally rude and told me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to call the call center because they don't put credits on people's accounts anymore. I was obviously angry because I just wasted $40 when I normally spend $15 and I had to just toss it in the garbage totally not cool, I told the guy they had lost my business I was DONE. Today I tried to get in touch with the call center to complain about the situation and it went to the store first and I was hung up on. I called back and it went to the store again. I asked to talk to the manager and I talked to SEAN, He was AMAZING... he sent out a replacement order and added a $40 credit to my account on top of that !! TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HE JUST MADE MY DAY + KEPT ME, MY FAMILY AND MY FRIENDS AS CUSTOMERS 😁👍🎉 SEAN SHOULD BE REWARDED FOR COMMENDABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !!! I HOPE HE STAYS ON WITH THIS COMPANY AND EARNS A REGIONAL MANAGEMENT POSITION BECAUSE THE STORE ASSOCIATES CAN LEARN A LOT FROM HIM AND I COULD SEE SEAN MAKING GREAT CHANGES TO PIZZA HUT AS A WHOLE. THANK YOU SEAN FOR CHANGING MY PERSPECTIVE THAT'S NOT EASY TO DO WITH A STUBBORN TAURUS...

I ordered Pizza Hut tonight. I got no notifications about my order and it was late. Checked the status checker and it says that my order is cancelled. I didn't cancel my order, I don't even know how I would. I called the store and they were soooooo beyond unhelpful. They claimed the pizza left the store with a door dash driver 45 minutes ago. I didn't get any pizza at my house. The manager Tavion refused to send out another pizza, refused to issue a refund and gave me a customer service number that went nowhere. I called the store back and he insists the money will refund, but he isn't issuing a refund. He claims since it was cancelled it will refund. But he also claims that the pizza left the store and was delivered in their system. So if it is marked as delivered in their system how am I going to get a refund? He also claimed he didn't cancel it and he has no idea how it was cancelled. So now I am out my money, my pizza and have no resolution. My son had a really hard day today and I promised him pizza for dinner. By the time all this happened it was late and he had to eat dinner from home because he needed to go to bed. I am beyond frustrated, upset and urge people not to frequent a place that will rip you off and refuse to right...

Worst experience ever! Ordered online and realized that I made a typo on my phone number so I called the location and the manager Jordan picked up. She assured me she would update the phone number. The order was delivered half hour late, and when the driver got there he was calling the wrong number because of course it wasn’t updated. Fortunately I anticipated this and was waiting for the driver outside my apartment.

I ordered chicken wings with pizza but got French fries instead. I called the store location again and Jordan answers again. She was non apologetic and asked if I still wanted the wings. I had to ask if there was something she could give for the inconvenience so she then offered me cheesy breadsticks. So an hour later still no delivery, I call back again and ask for the manager in which Jordan says she is the manager. I ask for a full refund and she says she would process the refund, again no apology or explanation or attempt to make it right. It has been over a week since the order and no refund has been processed.
