I'm not sure how a business with five stars could mess up a drink so bad.
I ordered a 24 oz Layered Salted Caramel Cold Brew with cream off of their winter menu. This drink is supposed to have caramel on the inside of the cup and I've had it with the salt crystals on top or just mixed in. Instead, I was given a 24oz iced coffee that tasted like decaf with no caramel whatsoever. Honestly, it was the one time in my life I wanted to throw a drink at someone except that we were in a rush and had already waited 10 minutes to get up to the window.
This is not my local Gourmet Latte, but I thought things would have been better since this was their first location. I suppose I'll just have to stay with my local and not try to explore more.
If you don't know how to make a certain drink, then tell me. Please. I would have asked for something less appealing if it meant that it would right...
Read more2 star only because i have been a long term customer. Today I pulled up and ordered a 12 oz espresso milkshake with a single shot which is one of two drinks I always get. Right away I was told that I would recieve a free drink simply because the credits I had earned from multiple visits in the past that allow me to get a free drink were credited my last visit without my knowledge when I paid for a 24 oz redbull 3 minutes before close. I was Extremely greatful in recieving a drink 3 minutes before close so i left a tip in recognition. I intended to pay for my drink today but was continuously declined to do so, it was an uncomfortable experience and i felt put on the spot for it, I no longer feel comfy returning to this location again. Read moreNormally I have a good experience, the drink is consistent in the different locations I've gone too, usually they're nice, this review is on the customer service. Very simply: when receiving an order don't walk away while I'm 2 words into it, get the full order then start making it, because A) you can't hear the full order because of traffic noise and always ask me to repeat myself, B) it's stressful I used to work in coffee so I know how it goes, it's a balance of remembering the order and starting the drink, but it's not efficient or nice to walk away and pull attitude when I ask you to come closer so I don't have to shout to repeat myself, and close the window in my face when I ask a question about the punch...
