Let me preface this by saying I was excited about there being another sneaker reseller this far north of Seattle. Also it was difficult for me to make it in so when I did I was even more excited because I had to drive from Granite Falls and I was finally able to get into the store to trade my shoes. I carried about 10 or more pairs of shoes in. I wasn't looking to sell. I just wanted to trade for J1 Spiderverse and whatever else. The guy starts looking at my shoes. They aren't all bricks but most of them were used but all were VNDS. First he said something about not taking size 7 which sucks because that's all I had but also I am looking for 7s and it's not like they had a ton in store. I brought in AMA 1's which I had never worn but I did buy them off ebay so they may have been used. But he wouldn't take them. I had Nike Stussy Vandals DS size 8. Not interested. Again, only looking for trade. I had different J1s, NB, and Yeezys. No interest at all. I had off-white x AF mid DS in white and black but I didn't even show them to him at this point cause he just didn't even seem interested in working with me. I had a lot of other pairs but he went through them and offered nothing. I was so disappointed. I wasn't bringing heat I know but I just wanted to trade. We couldn't have worked anything out? I am an avid sneakerhead. I have over 200 pairs and I like to trade ones I don't wear anymore or never wore. If you’re looking for a place to buy sell or trade, SoleSeattle is the place to be in North Seattle. I’ve gone to a handful of specialty boutique stores like these before and SoleSeattle is like no other. Their staff is very welcoming and are really helpful. The location is perfect, it is right off i5 and is very easy to get to and find! The parking lot is very easy to access with plenty of parking so there’s no problem with parking at all. As soon as you walk in you’re surrounded by all the sneakers in the world. They have a very wide variety of sneakers and even clothing all around. The floor plan is very open so you can practically see everything no matter where you’re standing. I went there to sell sneakers for my first time, they are very fair in the prices they offer which I really respect because a lot of places are just trying to lowball you when you’re selling. I had a great experience selling to them and they were really easy going which I respect. Kevin is the one who helped me out and I’d have to say he went above and beyond with his service. Went to Sneakercon 2024 looking for couple shoes. Couldnt find them anywhere. AJ1 low BRED toe 1.0 and any AJ13 He got game. I was disappointed. Went in to Sole Seattle for the first time a week later. Staff was busy helping people but greeted me. Let me look around and offered assistance. There on the wall were both of my shoes!! Great price inline with resell apps without all the fees for the Bred toe. The AJ13 he got game also was $42 cheaper than 1 app and a 10 cheaper than the other app with all fees.
