Well this is unfortunate, just stopped by to try out Taco Bell's breakfast on free burrito day to get my employees and myself something to eat. We walked several blocks only to be rudely turned away. We first noticed a gentleman in a wheelchair needing help to get inside. We tried one door, it was locked. So we escorted him to the next door where the woman behind the counter rushed to the door. We figured she was going to help him in but locked the doors in our face. A few customers that were eating the lobby stood up and went let us in. As soon as the door open the worked yelled at us just repeating the same phrase over and over, "THIS LOBBY IS CLOSED!" This even scared off the other customer who were eating in the lobby at the time enough to get up and leave. Never have I had an experience like this at any establishment and think that this location needs to learn how to treat people like human beings. We ended up apologizing to the guy in wheelchair who was noticeably upset that he was leaving empty handed. Shame on you Taco Bell

Upon receiving my dinner after asking for two Mexican pizzas, no tomato extra cheese. I received my food squashed as someone who worked in the food industry for a long time this is very unacceptable unprofessional, and the fact that the location refuses to answer The phone to take concerns over the phone is another level of unprofessionalism the manager on shift needs to be held accountable for poor leadership skills perfessionalisn is key and this store does not carry it as they used to

Listen man. I get it. It’s Taco Bell. But we come for nacho fries. It’s a big deal when we can get them. All we ask is for y’all to have fresh fries. Like . Cmon! It’s fr the least yall can do. This is a regular occurrence specifically at this location. It’s also not just with fries, it happens with taco shells or anything that’s supposed to be crispy. Point is.. if the nacho cheese is hittin harder than the actual fries…we have a big problem!

New review: this place should advertise as drive-thru only. They don't know how to service their counter. They don't know how to ring up orders for points at the counter. They don't know how to do anything for counter other than say sorry our drive-thru is busy. I left and I'm next door at Wendy's where customer service is first

Old review 2nd update: Drive away. Go to McD's. Go to Jack. Go anywhere else.

When they are out of a premium ingredient such as chicken, they upcharge to substitute it for ground beef. They were beyond unapologetic, infact quite rude and short spoken.

This is no longer about Taco Bell. It's about the complete idiots that work there. Management for this location must not exist. Food here is mediocre. But it IS Taco Bell so it is nothing less than i expect. The new Leads are extremely accommodating regardless of ever-lacking ingredients on busy nights.

Update: Customer service here is worse than the craftsmanship of their food. We all know it's not the best becsuse it's Fast Food. But there is absolitely no excuse why humans cannot read a ticket and make a dish accordingly.

On my last visit, after waiting over 30min for my food and being assured twice that it was comming right up, i was then asked by another employee what i was waiting for. When i told them a #6 they got crazy on the cashier person who had assured me it would be right up. Apparently the ticket didnt print in the kitchen.

I was again assured my food would be right up. At this point i said "i didnt come fr fast food to wait half an hour, i want a refind" and they proceeded to explain that they dont do that.

I got a little crazy on how horrendous their attitudes and customer service was. Thereafter i was given a refund "just this once."

People. Get your refund. This particular Taco Bell location NEEDS hits like that to bring to the owners attention how terrible and incompetent their...

Hi I am writing this review mainly for the customer service department, but also for the overall management. I went to taco bell today around 7:45 PM to buy some food. I ordered two cravings boxes but wanted to ensure the beef was supplemented for beans, because I can't eat non kosher meat, instead of confirming the change, the order taker continued saying "anything else". I just wanted to make sure there were beans in my tacos and no meat, because this location had previously messed up my order and put beef in my tacos, I had to make another trip to go back and get the order right. when i said no beef and add beans. I repeated myself and that seemed to have angered the man taking my order. I rolled up to the window and he told me to "open my eyes next time and look at the screen", as he took his hands and mimicked forcing his eyes open. I told him this isn't okay and he told me he would cancel my order which I had already paid for. I asked if there was anyone else willing to assist me, when a lady looked at the man and agreed that I was disruptive. I felt discriminated and unwanted. My 7 year old daughter began crying in the backseat after hearing him yell at me, she was scared and wanted me to drive away. He then said " I am only giving you your order because your daughter is crying, you are not a threat to me". I didn't want to further anger anyone because my daughter was already crying, so I took my order and left. He had provided me with no receipt or his name. I am very upset with their service, and I really hope they can improve. I have never had a worse drive thru experience. I am looking forward to hearing from the...

order 9-10pm... in drive thru. Order total $40.49 - for...Crunchwrap Supreme (no tomato) meal w/ a soft taco (no lettuce).. a chicken quesadilla meal w/soft taco (no lettuce) 4 additional soft tacos (no lettuce) & 4 cheesy rollups. Once getting order & driving away, we pulled over to check to the order.. however only 3 soft tacos (should have been a total of 6 tacos)made it... drove back from location & go thru drive through again.. let them know I had just ordered, but I was missing 3 of 6 soft tacos w/no lettuce.... There was a pause then I was asked to pull forward to the window. Once there...same guy who had given me the orignal order proceeded to say that I had only been charged for 5 of the soft tacos... I questioned him 2 should have been included with the meals I had ordered? & that I had ordered an additional 4, but I only had in bag a total of 3. He then again told me I had only been charged for 5? I was NOT given a copy of my receipt. so I had nothing to go off of. I said okay, thankyou, as he handed me a bag of my missing soft tacos to me ....which were 2 WITH lettuce.... i was still missing 1 additinal soft taco..horrible customer service, i fully understand that accidents happen but not a single ounce of ownership for messing up the customers order was addressed... we won't be back & have reported this to corporate...this is not the first negative experience we've had at...
