I walked into the Carl’s Jr. to wait until the lady taking order was finished with another customer so I could ask for the bathroom code. She notices me without me knowing that and repeats constantly numbers until my attention is directed to her and I tell her what she means and she says that’s for the bathroom. I tell her you saying just numbers is confusing. It would have made more sense if she used proper use of communication and said the bathroom code is so and so.
Also she took my order and by default charged me for a large breakfast combo without asking me which size I’d like. Pretty sure it’s policy to ask. I have the large hash browns and let her know and she asked me whether I told her I wanted them. I told her I wasn’t asked or suggested a serving size.
Her approach to customers seems very snarky like and it seems she needs to brush up on her listening skills and communication as well.
Her pace seems fast but seems like too fast of a pace can set you off course of good customer service.
Also the ketchup dispenser is broken. Doesn’t seem a need on their side to want to fix it. Place is clean as one could expect but a couple tables including mines haven’t been wiped down. Perhaps the afternoon or late night shift employees are more better at attentiveness...
Read moreI'm so mad with this Carl's Jr. I ordered thru the drive thru and the lady taking my order told me that the burgers I ordered come with no onions and since I obviously knew that I asked her to please add white onions made it clear to her twice and she said ok, I get to the window to pay and I double check with the young lady that is taking my payment and she went and told the cook to add onions, so another thing that just gets on my nerve is that you ask for ranch and they only add 1 and then I ask the young lady can I have a few more and she only hands me one and i asked her do you guys charge for the ranch bc if that's the case I will but then again only hands me one smh. If I'm paying for my meal and ask to be done a certain way it just doesn't happen, to finish this I get home and just to check my order and the burgers dont have any onions, what a service. I called to complain and I'm doing it here too...
Read moreThe place is fairly clean, the kitchen area looked a bit messy. Order took a bit of time to be completed. My review is one star because of a certain experience. This was New Year’s Eve the sitting area was empty, my partner and I had finished eating but we were sitting talking. What appears to be the manager comes up and asks us if we were done because one of the other workers needed to clean the area and if we could please leave.
