Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lyons Township

If I could give 0 stars, I would. First of all, let me just say that I didn't come here to eat, I came here for an interview. Normally I wouldn't write reviews for a place without actually eating/buying something, but I feel like this should be mentioned. The atmosphere is terrible. Everyone working there is extremely unfriendly and overall lazy. It seems like they have too many people behind the counter when they clearly have no business at all, and they all just sit around and decide who will help the 1 customer that comes in every hour or more. When I walked in, I felt like I was back in highschool. Everyone was staring me down and made me feel insanely unwelcome. I explained I was here for an interview, and the manager rolled her eyes at me and b!tched about how "the positions are already filled, the website needs to stop making interviews without us knowing". Clearly this must have happened multiple times before, so if it has, why wouldn't you do something about it so my time doesn't get wasted? Either that or you were blatantly homophobic and didn't want a transgender person working for you. Whatever the issue is, I felt disgusted in there. If you don't know how to be a manager then don't be one. Simple as that. Overall, I hate this place and I genuinely hope no one ever has to go...

Always out of donuts that are listed on the sign. Second to last time I was there the man running the window had a horrible cold or allergies or something but he sneezed in his hand then because I saw him he washed his hands and then went to grab my donuts. Needless to say I left...

This Dunkin’ is amazing! I used to go to Lyons but their staff switched up so I now go to mccook, never had an issue! They always make my coffee perfectly and their early morning staff makes my boyfriends pumpkin cold...
