Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lyons Township

I barely moved into the area and I went to this dunkin for the first time just to get some coffee, as soon I went into the drive through I wasn't given a single second to decide what I wanted. I understand if they're trying to be quick and efficient but atleast let me have a moment to decide with my party to choose what we would like. With the nonexistent amount of time they gave us we tried ordering and the lady at the drive thru kept saying I can't hear you and finally when she heard me I was only allowed to order one thing and then they told me to pull up to the window. At the window there was another lady who was extremely rude and disrespectful stating that I didn't need to be so slow that they're trying to be quick, just take your order and go so there we went with a single drink while everyone else was thirsty. I understand maybe it was a busy day so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt today and stopped by to order some coffee, keep in mind this dunkin is 24/7 and I went at around 11 a.m. which isn't around midnight but almost noon so I don't understand why this would have occured, and I was at the speaker for roughly 5 minutes saying hello and no one was there to say anything not wanting to waste my time or look dumb I just decided to drive off. I honestly think I'm not returning to this dunkin ever, and I would recommend others to not visit here either unless you would like to be mistreated with snide comments or to not be serviced at all. I would rather pay an extra 2 dollars at the Starbucks down the block than to return here ever again and I suggest if others are able to: follow suit or just head to...

So, I normally don't like to leave bad reviews but this one feels necessary. I was waiting for service on my car at Chevy and I walked over to this Dunkin Donuts location. I looked in the ice cream case while I was waiting for my coffee and breakfast sandwich. There were clusters of dead flies next to the ice cream container and most likely in some of the ice cream. Immediately, I cancelled my food order and told the cashier it was because they had flies in the ice cream case. She wiped up a few but that was it. I went back to Chevy for a while and the more I thought about it, the more unbelievable it seemed. I walked back to Dunkin and all 3 cashiers were standing around doing nothing with dead flies sitting next to open ice cream containers. I started taking pictures and that's when the cashier (possible owner?) wiped up a couple more flies and started closing the cases. I was unable to get great pics because of that but if you scroll in you can see the wings and make it out. They are serving this food to people and it is a health code violation which is what I said when I went back the 2nd time. You don't have to be schooled in sanitation to know that flies shouldn't be included with an ice cream cone.. People can get sick and they should be warned that this is happening at this location. I was truly disgusted and questioned whether I was seeing this because it is truly unbelievable to me that somebody would run their business this way and serve that to their paying customers. Worst dunkin donuts ever. Worst\rude worker.. I work overnights down the street, and tonight was my first and last night at this location. They only had one person working he was an older man. He completely ignored me for five minutes, helping the drive through .when he finally decided to take my order all he said was what you want in a loud voice meanwhile some lady had returned 2 glazed donuts cause she asked for chocolate and the man working just took them back via drive through and put them back on the Shelf with no gloves after they were dirty and in the ladies car for who-knows-how-longm after he finally gets what I want he just said okay give me card I said what's the price you should I ldon't know I ring up over by drive thru he then takes my car in and comes back and just hands me card no receipt and I asked him what was the price he doesn't acknowledge me just goes and reprints it and throws it at me.i love dunkin donuts go there everyday but I will never go to that place again I don't know how corporate let's someone run the store all dirty like that and have the worst customer service .
