Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Lyons Township

Before this place opened I never really went to the other Chick-fil-A's in the surrounding areas so I don't have a very good comparison to the others. This restaurant is probably the best in terms of service quality and food quality when it comes to fast food in this area. The fried chicken sandwiches are not too greasy and their grilled counterparts are not too dry. The pricing is fair for what you get. This location is kept very clean and the service is quick and efficient. I haven't had any of my orders messed up here, and even though you only waited a couple of minutes they always apologize for the wait even though you never wait that long at all. I cannot stress enough how friendly the people working here are. I know it's in their company policy to be like that but it's still great to be provided such exemplary service. My only very minor complaint would be the size of the "super food" salads. A large is still incredibly tiny for the price you pay however that is not something this restaurant...

I have been to this location of Chick-fil-a a few times, and based on the experience I had, I must say that it is always a good one. I tried the drive-thru and even ate inside, and the service was always the same. The staff were nice and very friendly, but there would be times when the food would take longer, which I think is the only problem I had. The good thing about my experience here is that the food is always given to me hot and freshly cooked, and even if their food is delicious, having it hot and freshly cooked makes it taste better. I would always go for their chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets, and I can say that both are my favorites. I love their chicken sandwiches. If I could give no stars for this place I would. So, my husband runs inside to check if they are still serving breakfast. So this Caucasian , chubby, short blonde (stated she was the manger) She tells my husband they stopped serving breakfast 5 mins ago. My husband asked her if it would be ok if he can place an order for just the hash brown bites if possible. It was for our 4 year old son who is a very picky eater and we wanted to eat there but if he wasn't going to get what he likes than there was no point of us eating there. But he said it didn't hurt to ask, but this lady didn't feel the same. She gave my husband the biggest attitude and said it was against policy BLAH, BLAH, BLAH . SO, we know this isn't true because the North Riverside location did an exception for us awhile back and were very nice about it. Overall, she was very rude for no reason and she's a racist!
