I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt since they are new, but honestly there has been no improvement. The line is always super long and you end up waiting about 20-30 mins for you drinks which could be okay if they get your order correct and have good customer service, which is not the case. I placed my order, waited there 25 mins to get to the window and my drinks still not be ready. When I finally got one drink the employee tells me itās one of the drinks I got and the cup was super sticky and dirty from preparing it. I asked him for napkins and he very rudely said āWell right now I donāt have any napkinsā. Very weird as it seems like they should be able to provide this for their customers, especially if they hand you a dirty cup. He then gives me another drink and it did not look right and I still asked him, if he was sure it was the correct drink and he confirmed it was. I then told him it was not supposed to have cold foam on it and that the previous drink he handed to me needed to have cold foam on it. He tells me he can add it, takes the cup and pours cold foam on it and it starts leaking all over the cup. He proceeds to clean it with a dirty looking rag and still hands it to me all sticky!!
I had to go back and request a refund as at this point the service was terrible and my drinks were wrong and I had already wasted so much of my time. When I did go back and requested my refund a nice employee came over to me and I explained the situation. He went to go seek assistance from someone I assumed was management? However, as she was approaching my car, she very loudly and rudely tells the employee, ā I HAVE TO TALK TO HER FIRST, I CANāT JUST GIVE OUT REFUNDSā- not the best way to approach me as I had already had a terrible experience.
I proceed to tell her what happened and she apologizes and tried to offer me more drinks, I declined and told her I just wanted my money back. As she is trying to process my refund she tells me she has no idea how to do it as she has never had to process a refund before. At this point I am genuinely confused as to why the employees are not trained to process this type of request. She had to call and FaceTime her managers to explain to her how to process my request. Finally I got my refund and an excuse that the store no longer had the help they once had so they are āfiguring it all outā.
Overall, this encounter was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. After spending all that time in the drive thru line, talking to someone I thought was a manager, and having to wait for her to figure out how to proceed my refund, I spent about close to an hour there.
They really need to seek better management and organization for this store as if this is how itās going to continue, business...

I was able to go during their friends and family in which they were giving out free small drinks. I got one there's still an original the first time which was the Blondie. I got that because I love hazelnut and I got it in the sugar-free option with almond milk. I love that they are customizable and have a lot of sugar-free options so that I can be on the healthier side.
When I went the first time, it was busy, but not super busy as it was early in the morning and I had just got out from my gym so it was literally in the same parking lot. The two other times I've gone it has been a lot busier, but they have done a great job keeping it moving and directing traffic. They have a really good system going.
I got the Matcha with vanilla and lavender so the cloud nine yesterday and today I tried the cinnamon roll chai latte (sugar-free brown sugar, cinnamon, and white chocolate), as well as a sugar-free strawberry chai latte for my sister. I tried both of them and they were absolutely delicious.

However, my drinks haven't always been great. My main concern is that my fizz drinks have been tasting like coffee. This has happened multiple times, and not for my drinks personally but my son's who is a smaller child. I wouldn't even recognize it until I can smell the coffee scent lingering on him and then I noticed his banana fizz had a brown tint to it. I tried to call the number I found online so that I can inform someone of this, but it only goes to the headquarters.
