Burger King — Restaurant in Macomb Township

Disgusting: on 5/29 at around 3:30pm, I ordered a family meal. Drove to the 1st window. There, my family and I witnessed a male employee (I think he was the supervisor/manager on duty that day) wiping his butts in plain view. He smelled the brown napkin he used to wipe before tossing it into the garbage can. Didn’t wash his hands before going to the food racks. I actually saw him tossed a fry into his mouth with that unwashed left hand. I cancelled my order at the 2nd window, and told the girls working there of what happened. Not sure if they are obligated to raise my concerns. Not only it was a public indecency behavior, but also a public health concern. I called the corporate hot line, and ask them to pull the video. I went through the drive thru around 9:30p and probably had the best customer service I have ever had. Kiren took my order, payment, and gave me my food. He is one of the most helpful, genuine, and amazing people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. In only a 4 to 5 minute interaction he gave an aura of helpfulness and genuineness. The food I got that night didn't taste as good as it usually does but I would go bad for the same food if I knew Kiren was the person that would be helping me. He seems like a great employees with great people skill and extremely helpful. I really hope Burger King knows how great of any employee they have in Kiren! (I hope he gets a raise lol). This Burger King got a facelift as far as the building goes in recent history but the ordering system in the drive thru hasn’t been updated In forever. Currently there is no screen and the speaker is very very hard to hear. It’s been in this poor condition for well over a year. It needs some well needed TLC similar to the location on 21 and Hayes recently received. The biggest let down is the night staff. A majority of the time they are very rude and rush your order in a disrespectful tone “is that it?”. They Almost always forget things like sauces or requests for items to be removed.
