I don't mind the food there especially if you go earlier in the day as I think the earlier staff does it better when it comes to making things. The workers seem really nice for the most part and don't have a problem with special orders. Even the manager seems to double check to make sure everything is alright on a special order, which is nice to see at a fast food place. The only thing that is kind of inconsistent is that when you order a freeze in a meal it is an upgrade, but one employee that works there charges $.20 more to upgrade to a freeze than all the other employees do and that is kind of off putting. Every time that employee is working I won't upgrade a freeze because it costs more. I don't like that upgrading to chicken on a meal costs me a bunch more as well and while I know that is corporate rather than the franchise itself, it makes it hard for me (a person who is GF) to order food without it costing a fortune. I wish Taco Bell had more GF options (aside from the chicken and steak on a few items, which ultimately cost more) because for me to go to Taco Bell it costs me almost $10 for a taco and nachos and at that price I'd rather simply go to a non-fast food restaurant and get a better...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible customer service. Made me “wait” 20 minutes to place my order, all the while took other people’s orders before AND after mine. When I pulled back up after 20 minutes they asked me to wait another 10 minutes even though I had just saw them take someone’s order before mine and then all of a sudden let’s me order once I call it out and hear someone in the background talking rude and disrespectful like they wanted a altercation with me (would have been bad, had I chose to engage) When I pull up to the window, the cashier takes my card for payment and then halfway holds it back out the window where I could barely reach it (without looking at me at all) try’s to make me wait again and says nevermind once they seen I wasn’t going for it. Once I got my order I asked if the proper sauce was in the bag (by another employee) and got a “yup” following the window closing (no eye contact) and then when I went to check the back someone else completely hangs out of the window after 15 seconds and try’s to rush me about re-checking my order after they delivered the single worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Terrible job TACO Bell employees, way to go earning that lil...
Read moreTerrible customer Service. Shelby the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited in the drive thru line to place an order, wanting to us my taco bell rewards. Order taker verbalized me having to place an order online to use my rewards. So I pulled over and attempted to place an order. App stated there was an error placing the order. So I went inside. At this time I disregarded the app and asked to place an order. Josh the manager stated not being able to make orders inside. Then the manager Shelby being extremely rude said "the signs are all over the place saying we are not taking orders inside". I explained that I had been trying to place an order for a half hour and asked if she could be understanding". Shelby continued to argue back that they were short staffed and asked if I could understand that. Remind you she was standing arguing with me about a 5.00 order. Then she continued to say I could have helped you but now im not because you have an attitude. Then antagonizing me as I left saying " Merry Christmas Have a nice day". This is what happens when you give an immature individual a little bit of control. They treat people like garbage and they are the one managing...
