Two of the girl in the register was so rude wouldn’t let me return the pair Jean that I bought less than 30 days ago . Never wore them one time . It was too large . I asked for an exchange and she said no . even though I have a detached tags just pull it to try on . The dirty blonde hair girl told me I have to have an attach on it . Then I went to loft the store that I love to buy a lot of stuff from them . The lady of that store noticed that I was little bit upset so I told her what happened. She literally said I can put that back for you just take 5 second. Came back to express with same pair , TAG On and everything but she won’t let me return it . Went to this location yesterday and wanted to purchase $200 worth of stuff because I had a coupon and a $15 reward. They kept telling me they couldn't find my reward in the system even though it was in my email saying my reward was available to use...the associate called for management and he never came out to the floor. Meanwhile there's a line of people behind me. Then this other associate came out to "help" but ended up being extremely rude to ME. She ended up finding my $15 reward because they weren't typing in the correct information. That's the 3rd time I've encountered a problem at this location.
