You have to leave a star in order to leave a review. But they need not even a one star. Replace the whole staff. Because it starts with the managers. If I come for breakfast it’s never a problem very fast polite people and hot food. Lunch and late nights is horrible but this time was the icing on the cake. I’ll never give this McDonald’s my money again. The way you handle customers is very horrible and unprofessional. I ordered through the drive through. Cashed out at 7:50pm. I waited at the pick up window till 7:58 and was given a box with items of a happy meal I didn’t ask for. I asked for no apples extra fries. And was given iced cold fries and nuggets and rotten apples (my son won’t eat). The black girl in the window kept her back in the window and was confused on what I was supposed to have. I never got the mcChicken, McDouble or medium fry. So she looked around and handed me a bag with six piece nuggets ranch and medium fries. I said this is not what I ordered. She said oh and turned her back towards the window. I couldn’t even talk to her again so I came in. When I walked in some girl with jogging pants on an old dirty McDonald’s shirt on came to the front. Her first I encounter with me was very rude I asked for my receipt because I didn’t receive it when I was cashed out. She walked away as I was talking and did not low me to finish. I told her when she came back the food is cold they can’t find my original order. And to just refund me. Her response was I don’t have to do anything either you can calm down and we can talk or you get nothing. You don’t have to get a refund at all. I said I was calm till you kept walking away in the middle of me talking. I said you don’t tell me what your gonna do with my money. I sat in drive through long enough for my food to be hot and correct and it wasn’t. As she refunded me I asked to see my receipt and she wouldn’t give it to me I took it out her hand and as I was reading it she snatched it back I said wow you are horrible. And asked what is her name before all of this and she told me she doesn’t have to give me her name. I said really well you don’t look like a manager dressed like that. She told me don’t worry about how she dresses. I said okay good to know that.. I don’t care how close this McDonald’s is to my home I’ll never return.. worst...
Read moreToday I went to this McDonald's on my lunch, waited in the drive-through line for about 15 minutes when I got to the speaker and they said they are only accepting cash at this time. Then I had to try to get out of the drive through line. Already having waisted half my lunch I called the store to suggest that they should put a sign up to let customers know. Well the first call I got the "acting manager" while the real manager is on vacation. He was rude said that he couldn't do anything about the card machine being down and he is sick of so many upset customers. He didn't apologize but attacked me and said well we told you at the speaker. His attitude was disgusting and very rude. After his rudeness continued I said ok well I will call corporate and let them know and hung up. After a few minutes of calming down I decided to call back to speak to the next higher up manager or owner. This phone call was 100 times worse then the first. I asked to have the manager call me he said it would be a week before she was back and he was in charge. He refused to take my contact information told me I should just call corporate. That I had an attitude and I needed to learn to be understanding. I told him not to speak to me that way that attitude or not I am a customer I should have respect and I understand about dealing with complaints. Trying to be nice well that was a mistake he said good for you. He finally gave me the information of the owner and his manager. I told him to have a good day and he told me that I ruined it for him. And he again started being rude and degrading towards me.

Read moreManagement is very bad. Alex H cut my pay before I even started. I was left alone on day one without training. (Others there agreed there's no training and that Alex H is very condensending and that's why there's such a HUGE turn over and it's empty). No one even helped me sign in, no offense but the young boy manager was useless (yet another named Alex). He didn't know how to sign me in and didn't even train me or know how to answer any questions. I was left alone on grills/ deep fryers, baked goods. Trying to help the lone kid making sandwiches. Sweeping n mopping. Doing dishes. Helping with fries. Their freezer wasn't freezing anything, the food was soggy and falling apart. It was unorganized choas. At the very least, the woman also named Alex was a sweet heart, she thanked me and complimented my work initiative ( I only stayed longer for her). This Alex H guy needs to be replaced, he was passive aggressive since day one making his little tyrannical controlling threats. I want to report him to corp. Oh and btw. Lots of kids were just standing around, playing on their phones, making crispy chicken meals for themselves/ drinks/ cookies as they pleased..so much for your rule like you can't eat and drink there or even go pee after you sign in. AND other than the fact that everything was broken down and in horrible shape. NO one washed their hands. There wasn't even anything about burgers or washing hands in orientation. I watched kids eat food and touch stuff they dropped on the floor and then food. Or itch their hair that wasn't even tied back and not wash. It goes on. It was like pulling teeth to try and get some communication from a few random people that popped in my area before...
