My food was amazing. I got the chicken quesadillas with extra chicken. No complaints. However, my smoothie tastes like water. I called the location and expressed this and I was told that I had to either bring the smoothie or the receipt back within 24 hours to get a refund. I was upset at this information mainly because I just work in the area sometimes but I don't live around the way and I was not going back towards the area for some time. I asked does it have to be that location I was told yes. When I decided to go out of my way and go back to get my refund I walked in and someone was called to the front. I talk to a guy at the register and he asked if I would like for him to make it again. I said no because I was in a rush. I just wanted my money back. He asked again and I declined again. The customer service was pitiful. He switch me over to someone else without a word then this young woman comes up to the register. She doesn't say hello to me doesn't greet me. I didn't get from the guy "my co worker is going to help you" nothing. When she comes up she just asks the young man was the receipt he gave her the right one for the refund. He said yes. Again, she never said hello. I stood there and she was typing and I just saw multiple prices going on the screen of the register. Then she begans to huff and puff which I can't understand is very frustrating when you have a ready customer and devices around you start to malfunction. So I stand in silence waiting for this young one to tell me " I'm sorry for the inconvience or for your wait. I'm having some problems pushing through your refund". Had I had gotten that confirmation and acknowledgement I would've relaxed a little more. Instead she calls someone over who didn't show up. I asked for the Receipt back because I was in a rush to go which I told the young man ahead of time to check the smoothie order. I was looking for the price and did not see it. I then asked the young woman, "how much did the smoothie itself cost" she wasn't able to give me an answer. Again I'm becoming more frustrated because I feel " I don't know" is not a customer service answer. " Let me check as she rang it up as I ordered it to get the price would've been the better solution. I have her the receipt back and asked for her to ring it up as is so that I can see the order. She was taking some time and I had to go so I told her nevermind and told her to keep the receipt. As I walked out I heard the young man say " I apologize for the inconvience". That last thing upset me even more because I wasn't told that on the phone when I called both times. It was never even said when I got there. No one ever apologized for the inconvience of them not making the smoothie correctly or for me having to go out of my way to bring it back. I felt that was the point of an online order. To order and then pick up so you can go. Because of this experience among other locations. I am convinced that Tropical Smoothie cares nothing of their customers andcares nothing about hiring people with experience or any natural customer service skills. Read moreI normally don’t leave reviews but I have to this time. I order delivery through their app. Tropical smoothie is the one that took the money out of my account not door dash. When I got my delivery order I received the wrong order! I have food sensitivities so I specifically customized my order for my needs, so eating the other order was not an option. I called and they were so rude, and I mean extremely rude and didn’t wanna hear it. Since door dash delivered my food they were rudely insisting I get ahold of door dash. I placed a mobile order through tropical smoothie, not door dash. I have still yet to receive my refund. Beware before ordering delivery through their app. I won’t be ordering again and I love tropical smoothie but after this experience I’m good, won’t be getting anymore...

I ordered ahead and asked when I got in there where I was supposed to go if I ordered ahead. Was told by one of the teens working there that I had to wait in line. Waited almost 15 minutes before I finally reached the front of the line and the guy there informs me I could have skipped the line. When I told him what the other girl said he backtracked and said oh it's whatever she said then. I ended up being late to work because of their disorganization.
