McDonald's — Restaurant in Macon

Today was Oct 15th 2024 .One of the worst McDonald’s ever, just like rocky creek road except rocky might be worse . today i saw young teens and adults flirting and barely working . And that’s coming from a young adult myself . They too busy talking bad about the customers or flirting and talking to work . I went in around 8-9 pm and to describe some of the workers there would be a skinny guy with dreads , a short skinny dark skin black girl with a yellow shirt and two puffballs and a tall black guy in the back standing with a red jacket with a teeth design on it and a red headed rude , cheap braided hair in a back bun black girl was , talking to some crusty looking guy next to her were working that day including some skinny blonde girl asking the dreadhead to take her home . Workers there took forever to come and take my order then tried to talk nasty like I didn’t hear them while I walked out after waiting patiently for my food . I only saw 3 doing their job and it was the puff ball girl , the dread head and the white big guy . That’s it . The food was not very warm , the customer service is trash . And the gas station right next to it with homeless and mental folks outside of it is worse. I miss when McDonald’s website would try to reply or handle a situation . Or when poorly raised under age teens and adults with lazy ness that embarrasses their age and community...

Edit to add: I went back and changed my original rating, which was already low. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go here this place is awful!! We decided to give this place another chance on our way to camp. It took 25 minutes for our order. Ot was not busy. Everything was wrong and the buns on the burgers tasted old and stale. The inside of the resturaunt was dirty. And the people working were all rude.

Service was fast. But everything else was bad. The lady working the front gave us our cups. And I said thank you and she gave me the dirtiest look and turned around. Then she gave us our food and samething a dirty look, no words, and just shoved it at me. I went back up to ask for ketchup. We only received 2 packs. Another lady working up there said they didn't have any they were out. But I saw other people with ketchup. I think she just didn't want to give us any. Our food was burnt, dry and cold. Then, when my daughter was done, she went to play in the play area. She quickly came down and wanted to leave. Shocking for a 6 year old. She said the inside of the playarea was nasty. Food, napkins, and she said blue stuff that looked like toothpaste was all...

My entire order is WRONG.REMAKE IT or I'll report this as fraud with my Robins Financial credit union. this orange drink is disgusting(I DID NOT order 2 drinks)! The STRAWBERRY BANANA SHAKE IS CLEARLY WHAT I ORDERED that was halfway filled up.I'll be calling CORPORATE to informed them on how dissatisfied the Manager was to make sure my order was prepare .I advised everyone in MACON,Ga not to ORDER DOOR DASH HERE OR PURCHASE food here.I am Overcharged missing items from the Harrison Road location in Bloomfield.It didn't take 24 hours to steal my hard earned money and give me the incorrect food from a long day of work.I don't know what this place of business can do to make this right.I am extremely DISSATISFIED with Management( black male that was on duty on 10/29/2024), POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE when all I wanted was my food correct just like my FUNDS were correct when I decided to order from here. I will not complain again.I just know to continue dealing with Chik Fila because my order is always correct the staff are very caring to Regular customers like myself.I can't believe McDonald's has gone down...
