WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Macon

I went to the location on North Avenue in the Kroger Shopping Center (Macon, GA). The food is good, but it is not the best of its kind, especially with the terrible customer service. This business needs to be more efficient and consistent in the areas of customer service and marketing. They advertise as closing at 10:00 p.m. Although I arrived at around 9:35 p.m. for a "to go" order, I was told that they do not cook grilled foods, such as fried rice, after 9:30 p.m. So I was only able to order wings and fries. At approximately 9:45 p.m. as I was waiting on my food, a gentleman and his young child attempted to come into the restaurant, but the door was locked. If the business closes at 9:45 p.m., then that time should be listed on the door and as a part of its advertising. Also, if certain foods are not available at a particular time, this fact should be noted as well. To make matters worse, my order was wrong. The young lady took my order and money for the fries. But she did not tell the cook. All the while I was waiting, she was talking about how ready she was to go home. Needless to say, I can only rate this establishment as...

I just moved to Macon and went with a friend to hangout and eat. I sat and watched ESPN and talked for a few minutes after ordering. Then I realized it wasn't a fast food restaurant. The wait for the food was well worth it. The first bite of my blue cheese crumb burger and I was in love. I paired it with hot teriyaki chicken wings and I was in heaven. The burger was one of the best if not the best I've had in the entire country. I was shocked. You would never guess that this place had such amazing food. I figured it was ok considering me and my friend have similar taste, but the food was just amazing. The burger was juicy and packed full of flavor. The wings were nice sized and the flavor punched me in the mouth with every bite. I might've met my calorie allowance with one meal, but it was worth it! So worth it, I returned two days later. I'm pretty sure I'll be back next...

I usually have an okay experience at this franchise.. (Maybe it was the location, because I never eat at this location), but on this particular day (11/21/2018 - the day before Thanksgiving) I walked into the restaurant at 8:30pm thinking I would be served because their signage says they are suppose to close at 10pm... I walked into the establishment and the hostess was extremely rude and not welcoming.. even after I greeted her... There were also THREE PEOPLE JUST SITTING behind the counter doing NOTHING. As I began ordering, the hostess rudely interrupted and said that the grill was closed, and when asked why they were even open if food wasn’t being served she just stared as if she didn’t have to dignify the question with an answer ! VERY RUDE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE .. did not even get to try the food.. won’t be going back to...
