Not sure, but I think I talked with the owner or manager to place an order for pick up. He was super friendly, polite, and helpful. When I asked about large pizza specials he explained that it was customer appreciation week, all week long and a large 2 topping pizza was only $5.99! Wow!! He continued offering help and suggestions. Great service !!! He said it would be ready in about 9 minutes. That's pretty unheard of! I set a timer and walked in at exactly 9 1/2 minutes and it was ready. As I was leaving, apparentry the man I talked to was making a pizza and turned towards me and said thank you and called me by name. They were busy and he still noticed and realized who I was. I am visiting here from Indiana and to be honest, I wasn't too excited about having a Domino's pizza, but my grandkids insisted. I decided to write this review because I really dislike Domino's pizza in the town I live in, but this was truly the best pizza I've ever had, and not just from Domino's! ! Not only were all the ingredients extremely fresh, but the amount of sauce and cheese were perfect to allow the toppings to shine. The crust was the perfect thickness and the dusting of cornmeal on the bottom was just right too. More than anything it was cooked to the very best degree; no crunchy burnt cheese or hard as a rock, overcooked crust. The pepperoni and mushrooms (fresh not canned) were not crispy or hard. I am totally impressed and wonder how Domino's could be so perfect here in Macungie, Pennsylvania and so bad in Indiana? Give This Dominos a chance to show you what they've got before swearing off Domino's forever. Wow,...
Read moreIf I could give this place a 0 star I would! They owed me a free pizza for a mistake they made on my last order. I called in to order the pizza, stuffed cheesy bread and a soda and was told it would be 25 minutes. 50 minutes later I still didn't have my food so I called back. I was told that the driver had to turn back because he forgot our soda. I told the manager, (who refused to give his name), that the food would be cold. He said it would be fine and I said I would call back if it was cold. The food arrived an hour and 25 minutes after we ordered it! The driver said he was late because he couldn't find our house. This contradicted what the manager said so at least one of them was lying. I opened up the food and not only was it all cold, it was burnt too! I called back and asked for the manager again. I told him what was wrong and he said that he could give us another order but it would be at least 45 minutes. I said, wait we have to get in line again even though you messed up? He said yes. I said what else are you going to do for me? He said, Well you're already getting a free pizza. I told him to cancel everything and not charge my card. This place is ridiculous and I will never order...
Read moreCalled in a late night order two Fridays ago around 11:30pm. Didn't show up until 12:30pm which was fine. The driver/store forgot half our order. When we called around 12:45-1am they picked up and hung up and then we couldn't get through. I called the manager the next day about it and she basically said there is nothing she can do bc we should've called that night (which we did). I told her I have a camera outside my house that could show him coming up with only two boxes of pizza and she said she would look into it and call me back. I stopped in twice and they said no manager is on duty and still have heard nothing.
We used to order from here every other week but needless to say we won't be anymore. I own multiple stores and understand that customers try to get over from time to time but the way the manager handled the situation would definitely be a write up/termination at any of my stores. Instead of refunding the $20-30 now they will lose about $150/month from my business....
