To much confusion at the drive thru window when ordering a special request. I just wanted two small ice creams for my puppies so I ordered the cones and requested them be put in a cup with the cones separate. That was okay, but then at window one, instead of the $2.98 that was on the screen they wanted to charge me $3.84 and after discussion and clarification that I just wanted two ice creams in cups and the cones separately she said okay. And it left me confused as to what she was even asking initially. At window 2, I was handed a standard ice cream cone, then I said, no I wanted them in cups and the cones separately, I got two ice cream cones turned upside down in cups. Frustrated, I took what they gave me as now my puppies were salivating all over the place in anticipation of their treats. But you know, it was't right, so I parked and went in to trade, the manager? was rude and just took them and twisted the cones off and went to throw them away - I was like no, I paid for the cones and the ice cream inside them. But it was clear, she was not to be customer friendly and blurted out that's the way it is. Well, I have gotten ice cream in cups plenty of times before and even been asked if I wanted them that way, so not sure what was up her nickers today, but even one of the employees when I was walking out behind me said she was rude and I should have received what I ordered. I know, its a small amount and this virus stuff is probably stressing people, but I was nice and didn't yell at them but my attitude was...
Read moreThe idea to renovate was great, but it turned out, it was a big fail because the interior is probably the cheapest setting I've ever seen in a McDonalds. Probably most McDonalds in India look more upscale than this one. 90% of the seats don't have cushion and the ambiance is like a prison dining room. At a first look I thought that it's just temporary furniture, but it seems it's not. The only tables with cushioned seats have been dirty and we had to clean ourselves (despite the restaurant was empty and no drive-through customers waiting). I ordered from the touch screen and it took forever to get the food despite we were the only dine-in guests and we didn't order a lot. Also one item was not delivered as ordered. It's the first time in my life, that I got a cheeseburger without cheese (and yes - it had the yellow wrap - just no cheese). Wow. I'm speechless. OK - looks that they had to save some money and I absolutely can accept if a business is having a hardship and owners have to save money, but then I definitely would not waste a fortune by cooling down from an outside temp of 65f to an estimated 55f inside, which made me feel like inside a fridge. When I got back to outside (65f) it felt like summer. What a relief to escape this frost trap. Will avoid this location as...
Read more06MAR17 My fellow servicemen and I arrived to this particular McDonalds @ approximately 400 am. We required refreshment before continuing south, being fatigued as we were, we needed something to lift our spirits. Unfortunately we were met with the disgruntled disrespectful female morning manager that seemed to have a problem with our presence. We were under the impression that this particular McDonalds was a 24 hr location which she informed us that it was not quite rudely, without even opening the drive through window to even communicate with us in a adult manner. We continued our patrol to wait till 500 am so that we could get the nourishment we desired, only to receive the same cold and inattentive service provided by the manager. The fact the this is a person is in a management/ leadership role is appalling and frankly a poor reflection of higher management, if this is the quality of service that enables an individual to rise the ranks in this establishment then I foresee a bleak future and many more issues of dissatisfied customers and complaints. If she cannot even exude a modicum of respect for us as service members. I can only imagine how she treats regular customers who frequent this establishment.
Sincerely...
