It's a nice place. Single floored and townhomes. Bad thing is the townhomes steps r extremely dangerous for proper with disabilities or children. They go straight up with not much step. But.... Townhomes are like a huge and very nice. It's right across from a baseball field and basketball full court. Batting cage. Pools on premises and I would say it's more like three blocks walking rather than across the street as stated. Nice Lanai or porches and they have grills set up by all of them. Bad thing you have to stand while cooking plus anyone that helps. Very few have room for tables by them. Bushes need to be cut back. I really realty like this place .. we stayed in 175C and the owner was amazing.. i want to go back as soon as I can and hopefully stay in that unit .. a great place to stay and the location is perfect. There's a pier to fish off of at the end, ball park across the street, grocery store and liquor store across the street about a 5 minute walk. Beach is about the same very close. The whole place is locked down pretty good so your very safe and you should be given a key to open the gate that leads you to the beach. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance. The beach does get packed so head out before 10 if your doing a all day with full set up .. can't wait to...

Worse place I've ever been to! Regret ever seeing it online. Pics aren't what we saw! We were locked out of gate, code didn't work, slept in our truck as was 2 am by time we gave up at the gate, AC broke down twice in 2 days, last straw was cockroaches in my bed and on kitchen table, got the hell out of there and rebooked and paid again for another l place. If you are used to filth, this place is for you, as me I own a residential cleaning business, and this isn't what I paid for. They were kind enough to refund us, but I don't want anyone else wasting precious...
