Will NEVER be a customer at this location again. 1st - Our 1st visit we told them that someone in our family had a food allergy. Which they ignored and served our family with the item that my family is highly allergic to. This was after a long wait time. After having to wait for a manger they did resolve the concern 2nd - We decided to order again from them recently as the previously experience took place a few months ago. Maybe they were having an off night or was able to provide better training since this has not been our experience at other locations. Welp I was wrong. They arrived 40min after the “promised” delivery time. The driver walked up to the door with no mask and the food was cold. When I called to get a replacement since the food clearly had been sitting out for awhile, we were promised a refund for the inconvenience and a call back when the refund took place. Which neverk happened as far as a call back. I was offered the refund because I didn’t want the same driver to come back as that was the driver that had for the night. 3rd I called back the next day to see if we were still getting a refund or what was the plan, which the young lady went to place me on hold to get a manager but actually hung up on me. Mistakes happen, so I called back. The manager got on the phone and was rude. She asked me “So what happened? What did you need?” I explained the situation in depth and gaveher date and time of the incident. She places me on hold to get approval, I guess. She gets back on to explain the process, no worries since I understand there is a process for these things and I was just wanting an update. I thank her for the information, which she responds, “mmhmm” and as soon as I say “have a great day” she hangs up on me. I’m guessing she was mad when I asked who was able to approve the promised return since her condescending response was “umm the owner”. I knew that, I was asking for a name, but ok. I appreciate “the owner” trying to make it right. Both times we have visited this location we have been met with unprofessionalism and long wait times. I get the food industry can be stressful but why be so rude when the mistake is on your business and I was not being rude to the staff. Customer service definitely isn’t a focus at this location, and I do not plan on finding out again, which we still never received a refund. Read moreThe pizza was fine. What wasn’t fine was their customer service. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and pepperoncini. I get back to my in-laws’ and notice no pepperoncinis. I call to inquire. The person that picked up said they don’t have pepperoncini—never have, never will—and it should be taken off the website. Well, it wasn’t. She said I can be discounted on my next order. I explained that I am visiting my in-laws so the next time will be who knows when. She had the audacity to say “It’s $1.99. If you want, you can come in, and we will refund you.” If the price was that negligible, why charge for toppings? And, they didn’t bother to inform me when I picked up my pizza. They saw the order and said nothing of the extra charge.

I can’t in good conscience give it a 1-star because the food is actually good, but keep running your business like this, and it’s gonna tank. Came back for the refund, and she was super unfriendly. Shorted me a nickel. I’m done with this place.

I did not get my order until 6:48pm and even though I ordered directly through the app it went to doordash and they forgot my soda. I called the store and asked about the soda and they said if I can go down to the store and pick up the soda I said no I don't have a car and the whole reason I ordered delivery and when I asked for a refund for the soda he said no he couldn't so I asked for a manager and then he said that he all of a sudden could. I can understand the language barrier but then maybe don't put that person on the phone and make sure the whole order is put together before giving it to the doordash driver.
