If I could give zero stars I absolutely would l. I ordered at 11:20 with an hour time gap of when I wanted the subs delivered this was ample time to get them made and to my house that’s literally walking distance from this place. At 11:30 my phone notified me they were out for delivery (umm what?) They showed up 30-45 min late. I called the store to see where they were as I was expecting them between 12:15-12:30 and it was now 12:55. The first employee told me my subs were still there (lol what?) then she hands the phone to the manager who confirms my address and says they’re on their way. I asked what is the point of allowing people to schedule delivery or have the motto freaky fast delivery when it’s clearly freaky slow delivery. Manager said “we can’t guarantee when your order will be delivered” ma’am what? I gave you plenty of time to make a 2 min drive delivery… it’s not my fault y’all can’t handle the job expectations. Then she proceeded to tell me “freaky fast delivery” is no longer a slogan they use. LOL WHAT?! Your rewards program literally is called FREAKY FAST REWARDS, and your cups LITERALLY promote “freaky fast” Like I’ve never talked to someone so ignorant sounding in my life, but I will never order from this location again. The delivery driver has to deal with her? I feel bad for him because he’s a nice dude. She’s rude and combative instead of just admitting she messed up and apologize. Read moreThe guy Brian with the dreadlocks is rude as hell! I asked for extra oregano on my sandwich. When I got the sandwich it barely had any on it. I asked for some on the side, this fool is trying to tell justify why it's not on there... smh. Just give me the seasoning. I had to ask 3 times for it to be cut in half. In my car, drove away, took a bite, the bread is hard. Like the bottom of the bread. I knocked on it and was waiting for someone to answer... smh.... I return and asked for a refund. He asked why, I told him. He responded with an attitude, saying, that's ok cause though had an attitude in the drive thru. I decided it and responded asking him I had an attitude because I had to ask for extra oregano more than once... he walks away and proceeds to dispute with me. I ordered from the before and they were great had my sandwich within 15 minutes, granted I work right down the same street as them not even a minute away. Last two times it took them over an hour to get my sandwiches. I ordered for myself and my co workers and we have certain times to go to lunch I didn’t expect to wait over an hour. I let it go the first time the second time I called the girl was really rude and told me well it’s always been like that. After requesting to speak to the manager she let me know that the driver wasn’t suppose to take all the sandwiches at once and was suppose to drop ours off first. I finally get my soggy sandwiches and the pop completely watered down. I called back and requesting new pop a sprite and a coke. And I requested a bottle because I didn’t trust the people not to spit in my drink. They bring Diet Coke and a coke. I’m pregnant I can’t drink too much pop because of the caffeine. I have a free meal from the manager and I haven’t even took advantage of that nor do I plan to.
