Great food. My complaint is I went out of my way to this location because the I had went another day last week and gotten the nicest lady in drive thru. Came in this time. Waited 10 min before being helped... no problem didn't care it happens and I choose to wait and go there. When I finally gotten help I said "I kinda have a big order" i want 4 small subs and some sides. The look on the cashiers face was enough to make me want to leave and give my money to another location...they are literally on just about every other street. After her nasty look and then looked at the cooked as if they didn't want to take my "large" order. And if it wasn't after 8 I definitely would have walked out and gave another tubbys my order and I literally have to drive by one to get home in the other direction so because of her i may not be back. Read moreI order 4 subs. 2 12in and 2 8in. They gave me 3 8in and 1 12in. Drove all the way home which was a 15 min drive to find out I had the wrong sub. Had to sit in the drive thru line for 30 min. Got to the speaker and told the girl we needed a sub remade. Instead of asking what the issue was she told me to pull up to the window. I got to the window and she had and attitude and asked for the old sub back. I told her for our inconvenience could we keep it and she said no that they were going to throw it away. They had me waiting for another 10 min for the new sub and they made it wrong again. I handed it back to the girl and she walked away. She came back and said it was the right sub. I looked at it again and the wrapper was all crinkle and the bag was ripped. So she switched another sub for our sub and made it seem like we were lying. Very bad...
Read moreOn Saturday May 29 @ approximately 4:30 - 5:00 pm I was in the drive thru placing placing my order the young lady just seem to understand that Customer Service plays a big part in her job. It just seemed as if she didn't want to be there. My thing is why apply to this type of job if you do not want to work with the public. I was never rude or being a difficult customer. Her attitude was just not customer worthy. I can TRULY understand that companies are going through staff shortages but you have to remember that that is part of your job. I just don't undesrtand where the attitude was coming from. Once again I was a difficult or irate customer. Maybe a customer service training is needed. Maybe it was something in her personal life.
