This has always been my family's favorite place to stop for a snack, but after today I don't want to ever come back. I'm autistic, so sometimes I'm a little bit slower in picking out the food I want. I waited in line and when I got to the front I didn't immediately rattle off the order so another lady came up to the counter and called up the next person who was ready to order. I was standing at the register and had to move aside for the lady behind me to get rung up. When I looked confused, the employee asked if I was ready to order now. I’m so fed up with this location.my son and I came to retrieve the meal I had from a previous bad service . I was told that all I needed to do was provide my name and whom I spoke with .I was them asked for email address of the person ,which I don’t have because this person called me.The worker speaking Spanish and then laughing was told to wait and a worker who spoke English came up asking what’s the problem I never said it was a problem I came to get a meal I was Promised.So all the items from the plain pretzels bites to the mini dogs are all in the bowels that was featured as the Oreo Pretzels I asked what size is this she said regular so there is still no options for a small. The manager/owner/whoever seems to be in charge at the location is always horrible to deal with. She happily cancels orders that were placed through the app if the promotion is not one she wishes to partake in. If you'd like to order something that isn't available, get ready to ask an impossible question that will of course be met with denial. My favorite experience at this location was the time she poured someone's lemonade back into the machine when they decided they didn't want it.
