Today was my first time at this restaurant and I really liked the clean, vibrant decor. They were busy, but I figured the wait would be ok. Turns out, a guy had a huge group order and it was over 30 minutes before I got my food. I know they probably have rush periods, but I think it would be great if they indicated to people with high volume orders to call in or to speak with a separate staff member so that the main customer line in the store don’t all have to wait. There is also a delay in their systems of fulfilling the order, they stack it all on the dessert case and then staff have to ask you again what you ordered and then again at the checkout till. So, the flow could use some tweaking. Loved the quality of the food, the bread was delicious. I had the Chris soup(combo of 2) and the vegetarian chic’n sandwich which was yummy. I was delighted by the inclusion of a chocolate covered strawberry in my order too. They have a great variety of options although many salads have regular chicken but I imagine you could substitute. The lemonade with raw honey was tasty. The staff were some of the friendliest & most patient I’ve encountered around town in a while, and clearly enjoy their jobs which was refreshing. Lots of seating. The music plays a bit too loud. Since the menu is on a digital board, perhaps consider putting an X over items that are out. Since I waited so long I had a chance to download their rewards app. I got points but the app crashed many times while I tried to explore it. The restaurant WiFi was not very stable, kept making me sign back in. Overall, I’m glad it’s so close to my house and will...
Read moreFirst time dining for someone always looking for good, clean, quick food options in America. I was encouraged not to be rushed along by knowledgeable staff. To look at a handheld printed menu instead of looking up at the board. I was encouraged to ask questions and offered samples of soups or dressings (both made in house and fresh daily) before deciding. I was overwhelmed by choices but feel like I did well for my first time choosing. I ordered the Chipotle Salad, extra chicken, no peppers, add roasted sweet potatoes. I ordered a large Wisconsin Cauliflower soup. No added garnish. The soup was amazing. I'm a soup guy, and this hit my sweet soup spot. I took the salad to my partner. She liked it. Said the chicken was good and overall a good salad. I have been crying for clean, quick meal options since returning from Europe this summer. I'm deeply disturbed that America has such abundance and our food choices are so unclean. Zupas clearly bridged a bit of that gap for me today. I look forward to trying sandwiches and other options in the future. Give them a try! It was cheaper, more delicious and better for me than most anything...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer for about a year, enjoying my first visits with my wife. I started going almost daily for combo orders of sandwiches with soup or salad. However, things took a turn. At the drive thru, I received the wrong order; while I got the correct one after pointing it out, there was no apology. Another time, I ordered a sandwich with enchilada soup, which was excessively salty. After a few more disappointing soup experiences, I stopped ordering it altogether. Recently, I ordered a combo with a sandwich and salad, but the salad was poorly prepared—just some leaves, a few tomatoes, and two pieces of chicken. On 11/18/2024, I ordered online but forgot to check out. When I arrived and informed the staff, one employee responded rudely, saying he didn’t know how long it would take, "there was orders before you BUDDY" throwing his hands up and dismissing me. I decided to leave and told him to keep my order. I won’t be returning, as this place clearly doesn't value...
