It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Madison

The service here left much to be desired. The check in process is worthless because apparently no one is paying attention to it. It would have been much more beneficial to just tell customers to come inside and grab your food, as opposed to checking in and waiting for someone to bring your food to you. I guess it's my own fault for waiting 15 minutes, only to just go in and pick it up myself. My food was cold not only because of waiting, but also because the ETA they gave for order completion was 8 minutes later than actual completion... I guess I see now why there were only a few cars in the parking...

After a DoorDash driver stole my initial order, I ordered again through the It's Just Wings website. They redirected my order to the same city name in a completely different state. Not only did I not get my food twice, but I was unable to contact anyone for customer support as they have no means to do so.

I highly advise against ordering anything through this company. Chili's will only tell you to contact their customer support, which they apparently don't even have.

Wife ordered DoorDash here by mistake, but order showed up in under 20min. However, curly fries were tepid and a bit soggy from the oil (probably perfect warm and crispy, who knows?).
