I used to come to lawlers often years ago and it was my spouse first time trying so I bragged big about you’ll Potatoes as they were the best in town. I had a great experience initially until I left with my food and realized I did not have the red or white sauce I asked for nor did my potatoes have bacon which I also asked for. I called the store as I was already down the road and was headed to somewhere important so could not immediately turn around to ask about the bacon and see if I could come back in a bit to receive the sauces plus bacon I asked for. The guy on the phone stated bacon was extra however I asked for it when I ordered and was not told it was extra nor would have had a problem paying extra just like I did for the extra cheese and butter , as it’s what I wanted. He asked me who took my order I let him know the receipt said “ Alec” and dropped the receipt while I was driving. He asked me for the ticket # and while I trying to get the receipt that had fallen in between my door and seat , which took less than 2 minutes for me to find and grab , he had no patience and tells me “ well I’m sorry ma’am “ and hangs up the phone. That’s not good customer service to hang up in my face. I wasn’t even going to make a big deal I wanted to come back and get what I was missing but after being hung up on , it’s clear you’ll don’t value your guest rather the problem is big or small in your eyes , hanging up while I grab a receipt of the floor of my car as I drive was rude and I don’t appreciate it. I’m sure you’ll won’t care about losing a couple customers but I do want people to know if you visit this location double check your food before exiting because trying to get it replaced won’t happen if you take more than 60 seconds telling them your...
Read moreThis used to be our go to BBQ place. However, in the last year or so, the food, customer service has gone downhill very bad. The employees act like they don't know what they are doing or know what customer service means. Tonight, I ordered two pork nachos, bbq beans, tea and a apple pie with my rewards. The girl behind the counter had no clue what I was talking about, when I showed her my loyalty card to scan, she took a picture of it with her own phone. Then the other guy said "um...we don't have a scanner." She also did not give me our military discount. I checked my order when we got to the car, and my beans were not in there. I went back and said I didn't get them, and she said "are u using card or cash?" Im like I'm not buying them again. She said " they didn't get rang up" I said "well that what happens when you don't know what you are doing" Our order's are always wrong, the customer service is horrible. We will try the one on county line road next time because we will not be back to this one anymore. Management needs to teach the employees about customer service, and getting...
Read moreI was immensely impressed with the entire experience. The staff has a reputation for being consistently friendly, and Teylor exemplified this wonderfully, greeting me with a cheerful smile and a positive attitude that set the tone for the meal. Adding to the establishment’s appeal is their flawless 100 score from the health department, a testament to their commitment to quality and cleanliness.
Speaking of cleanliness, the bathrooms were spotless and featured a new faucet that added a touch of modernity. The dining area maintained this high standard of cleanliness, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The ambiance was further enhanced by the music, which was set at a perfect volume, allowing for easy conversation.
Now, onto the highlight - the food. The stuffed pork potato I ordered was nothing short of fantastic. It was served hot and fresh, packed with flavor, and left me absolutely satisfied with no room for complaints.
In summary, Lawler’s BBQ continues to uphold its high standards in every aspect, making it a must-visit spot in...
