Every time we go here something Is wrong. This last time when we went give the order slow and make sure they know to make them a certain way because my kids are picky eaters say no apples ex fries instead as allowed but every time it's the small fry carton not fit for a toddler, and the apples that look ruined no one wants those soggy bits. After spending 15 mins in the drive thru we get the food notice no sauce in the bag so he goes in to get the sauce no one will even look his way or come to the front. This location is horribly staffed and the managent is horrible. My nuggets were cold and rubbery so of course I wanted fresh and the lady Kim wouldn't give them to me because he needed to pay for the sauce he got even though they come with sauce. And she said we couldn't come back, we visit this location twice a week , sometimes more so it's yalls loss not ours I'd rather go somewhere they get it right and not argue with the customer on it. They don't listen when you tell them there are allergies they put the stuff on it anyways. How many times does it have to be wrong before we say something the short answer is we don't like to complain but when you spend $40-50 for your family to eat you want the food to be correct and hot. This establishment is a joke. And to Kim the correct response is not to assume people are married or together just because they got food together I paid for my food you held hostage causing the rest of my order to get ice cold as it was already cold when handed out the windows which tells me you don't pay attention to your timers nor do you care to deliver hot or fresh food at your location which tells me you don't know how to manage a store. I hope they replace you with someone who cares about their job and standards for food safety if it's not temping that's a health code violation and these fries don't temp nor does the meat on your burgers. I'd be ashamed to sell to the public what you have tonight. The jobs not complicated. You have timers set them and don't ignore them. The burger in the kids meal was wrong the fries were cold and wrong size, nuggets horrible replacements not even fresh same ones dumped in a bigger box I know I checked them and tore 2 to see if that's what would happen. And sure enough you were that lazy. Read moreToday was the 3rd time giving this location a chance within a 2wk span because it's a little more convenient for me when I take my son to school and getting me to work but no more. 1st encounter about a week and a half ago ordered the sausage mcgriddle meal w/oj I get the order it is wrong but I could not go back because I had to get to work. I called spoke with manager explained what happened she said come back the next day they would replace the order free. 2nd encounter the next day go back, they fix my order but the girl at the pick up window gives my order to the car ahead of me smh like really?! The manager is like "what did you do?" she says I was handed a bag so I gave it to the customer...the manager then tells her kinda loudly to step away from the window and I am then told to pull up and wait for 5 minutes. Like what the hec...the incompetence is unbelievable like come on guys. So if that wasn't bad I go this morning 5/13/19 I order the #2 sausage egg mcmuffin meal w/oj and extra hashbrown for my co-worker...pull up pay pull up get my order from the same young lady as before I check to make sure my order is correct and surprise it's not...I have my sandwich and 2 small FRIES in the bag...so of course I look at her and ask "sweetie what is this?" she replies "oh since we don't have hashbrowns we are giving fries instead" smh huh! I was like "well then you all should let the customer know that when ordering instead of giving the customer what you want." I get it's still potatoes but inform the customer regardless and let them make the decision whether they want an item or not! Read moreLately my McDonalds app has only been giving me 4 numeric digits for the pickup code. I didn't make any changes in the app but apparently that's the code for counter and not the drive thru. I go to this store at least twice a week after work. When my code started changing they found my order and would still let me get my food through the drive thru so I didn't sweat it. Today I'm the only person in the drive thru and they tell me I have to go inside to pick up my order.
At this point I'm annoyed because I order through the app to avoid this. I walk to the counter, they say my name and give me my order. So at this point I'm confused as to why they couldn't just pass my order through the window and try to seek understanding. I ask who seemed to be a manager if she could help me understand something and proceed to ask if there is something on the app I need to change to avoid this in the future. Before I could fully explain, she begins to get defensive and just keeps repeating that they don't know anything about the app. The first thing they ask every time I go to the drive thru is if I'm using the app. I know they can look up each order from the window. So I just can't understand why for this particular visit, there is an issue.
Well today I have time, so Im writing a review. The older lady smiling and being happy at the first window has become part of my weekly routine there. I like that store.
