I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. I’ll tell you below- why! Do not order!!! Stop while you are ahead! Pizza Hut has changed a lot. The employees are rude and don’t like their jobs. I stopped ordering from them for a while until I really wanted the chicken Alfredo. Last night (1/6/25) I placed an online order for a medium pepperoni pizza, bbq boneless wings, bread sticks and an order of chicken Alfredo pasta. Upon opening I notice there was some green seasoning at the top, which looked weird because normally they don’t put it on the chicken Alfredo. I mixed it up and there was no chicken. I decided to call and just let them know that they messed it up and I’d like to get the correct pasta. Oh no! The young girl on the phone was very rude. Without asking for my receipt number, phone number or name she said “well you wanted cheese Alfredo” I said clearly I’m looking at my receipt and it clearly says chicken Alfredo. I said I’d like to bring it in when I’m done eating or I can bring it in tomorrow and she said no or you can just stop eating and bring it in now to get the correct one. I asked to speak to a manager and she laughed and said he’s not going to talk to you and I demanded to speak to the manager and she said you’ll have to come back up here. I asked her for her name and yelled I want to talk to the manager, SHE HUNG UP. I called back and some guy was very quite answered when asked what his name was he said Phil. He was also very very rude upon answering the phone. I asked when the GM would be in, he said tomorrow morning at 9am (1/7/25) said he will issue a full refund right now and if it’s not on there by tomorrow morning to call the GM and hung up.

Read moreI have been waiting for over 3 months for a manager to call me back after my order was completely wrong. My order was placed around 6 PM but no one responded until almost 8 pm I was told there is 1 driver. I then got my food after 8 PM. Once I did I called right away to let them know they delivered the wrong food. We received 3 pizzas with pepperoni and my family dont eat pork at all. So then I wss told to hold, waiting 17 minutes and then placed on hold for another 7 minutes. Once someone got on the phone laughing, I was told we are closed and I would have to call back in the AM. I asked about my food, and was told I can keep the food but they can't do anything more, the. Hung up on.
The next day waiting u til they open after a long night woth no food since we were in the hospital all day previously. I spoke to someone that told me, I should have brought the food in and since I didn't they couldn't do anything. I asked for a manger and was told someone would call be back.
I called may times stopped in and employees were playing unprofessional music, dancing in the back, eating laughing, and no one seemed to care.
I never got my money back, and was told many times someone would call. I was trying to wait until I heard back from someone and should have contacted corporate but, alot has happened. I decided to stop in today with my husband only to find out this location is closed.

Read moreThis was a truly horrible experience. We placed our order online, got to the window just for them to tell us they couldn’t fill our order but she would give us a different pizza. We commented that we had paid more for a stuffed crust and therefore wanted what we ordered or a refund. We then had to sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes, during which time I attempted to go in to clarify on our order and was locked out, only for an employee to walk by and point at the drive through and walk away. We then had to drive back around, just to have no one answer at the window or know what was going on. Finally we got an incorrect pizza, and it took three more attempts to get the rest of our order.
