Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Madison

Worst customer service I went through the drive-thru I had a couple questions the girl needs to know how to not talk crap about her customers she had an issue because I had questions two questions. After taking my order telling me the total which actually was wrong because I went to another location and my the cost for the exact same order was $6 cheaper so she was going to overcharge me for what she was charging me for anyway she I can't say it in here but she basically said that she hates customers she hated me she hated the fact that I didn't know the menu. But she swore to that whole thing believing that she had me on mute or maybe she wanted me to hear her I don't know but it was the rudest thing that I have ever dealt with and I've gone to Taco Bell where they are rude every single time I will never go back here and I will be telling everybody that I know how horrible this girl spoke about me. I tried to tell a manager but some random guy told me that he was the manager but I don't think he was because when I asked him if he was a manager he kind of looked confused and then it's like why what's wrong, but he never went and got anybody else also they were going to give me a small Sprite when I ordered a large Sprite but I didn't take any of the food anyway so it didn't really matter but it would have been wrong so while she's in there talking crazy about me she's not even doing her job correctly...

ITS A HIT OR MISS COMING HERE!!!! Worst Popeyes in Madison. Do not go. I waited in a longgggg line to order a 3 Tenders combo meal, with they’re new hottie sauce. I asked at the speaker for the sauce when I ordered. I waited another 7-10 mins waiting in the line for my food. Once I get to the window, I again asked for the sauce. Which the lady said okay. She hands me my food. An I drive off to find out there’s no sauce in my bag. I go back to Popeyes an there’s a line out the parking lot, with only one drive thru lame open. I tried to go inside seeing that there were people eating inside. But all the door were locked to get in. All in all. I wasn’t going to get back in a line that was wayyy to long for some sauce. So I walked up to the drive thru window while another person was getting they’re food. I explained to the worker that I order 3 tenders with sauce an didn’t get any an after all that I went through trying to get the sauce the employee gave me ONE sauce packet an said I’d have to pay for more. Which had me mind blown. Worst Popeyes in Madison. Horrible customer service. Like why have the inside closed. I even tried calling the store to see why the inside was Closed an they’re phone service...

The manager at this drive thru is super rude! He’s always rude! What happen to the customer is right or give the customer what they want? I asked for fresh chicken he tells me the chicken is fresh. I’m like no I want some fresh chicken dropped cause you’ve told me this before & it wasn’t. He tells me oh it a be 20min I’m like ok. He say oh it a be 30, 40 minute. How did it go from 20,30 to 40? 20min is usually the wait time for the fresh chicken I ask for fresh chicken all the time because I have to travel with it & would like to enjoy it once I get home! Especially for the amount it cost ! Then he tells me if you keep hollering he won’t serve me. Oh now I’m hollering because I’m being vocal nor swearing or being disrespectful about how the service is & you giving a customer a hard time! I get to the window ask for the manager oh he’s the manager lol. You guys need to get another manager or put him behind a desk cause he has bad customer service. I’m not going to spend my hard earn money & just let somebody give me what they want & not what I ask for. I’m going to reach out to corporate cause he’s always a problem! & when I mention I was he said he didn’t care! What a way ton talk...
