I placed an online order and I realized my order was missing the main items ( chicken bowl with no chicken, no salsa, and no avocado). I called right away and the assistant manager, Erin, helped me very professionally. She provided top notch customer service. A week later I went to the location to get “free meal” coupons from the restaurant and get some food. I asked the employees if Erin or the manager was there but seems like there was some language barrier so they pointed at a man who was sitting at the table. I went to him and asked if he was the manager, he rudely said no I’m the regional manager. Then I tried explaining why I was there, he cut me off and told one of the employees probably I was there for free coupons and if she would check the office. I wanted to give a compliment about Erin’s professionalism but he didn’t care less. I was still in front of him but he didn’t even look at me anymore so I walked out. To the regional manager; sir your job relies on customer service. As a regional manager if you are not a people person maybe you should chose yourself a different profession. Read moreI have gone to this Qdoba several times between 2015 and 2021 and have enjoyed my food there every time, until recently. It seems that the team and management has change, and the last 3 times have been extremely unpleasant with poor food and poor service.
1st: I went to get 2 small bowls and 2 drinks. I was charged for large bowls and to find that the soda machine was not dispensing most of the options. Only coke basically... The whole interaction was more difficult that it should ever be at a fast food as the employee's English was inexistent.
2nd: My girlfriend went there to order for herself and 3 coworkers, so a total of 4 meals. The person serving the food was huffing and puffing the whole time and stated "if we were busy, we would not take you order."
3rd: Went there together to have a couple sodas and just chips and queso (which are reduced price for us with the rewards program). The soda machine was still not fully operational and we could not get the drinks we actually wanted. We were charged a soup that we did no order, and did not get the reduced price we were owed. Read moreI think these photos should speak for themselves. I have never been to a more filthy Qdoba or food establishment for that matter. Upon showing up the restaurant the garbage was overflowing. As we ordered our food the process was very rushed. The change machine didn’t work to give correct change when paying (also there was a handwritten sign on the door stating “cash only”). The soda machine maybe had 4 options. Not one single table was clean to sit at, meanwhile, the staff (4 people) were all standing around chatting. They also proceeded to all sit at a table and eat food that was sitting there when we walked in. If you’re advertising 17/hour wage then your employees should be cleaning the restaurant during down time, ESPECIALLY the restrooms. Both the men’s and women’s restrooms were filthy and smelly. Garbages overflowing, toilet paper dispenser broken, a random water pale? Honestly just unbelievable.
