Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Madison

That's was a horrible service at all, I ordered the box combo for my daughter, and I was waiting for my food for 15 min if front the cashier who start given the food to 3 persons who ordered after me, and one of the customers observed the comportment of the cashier and she came to me and told me you need to mention that your were before all of us and you need to get your food. When I come to the cashier to claim my food, she was asking someone else working with her and both started whispering because they didn't start making it at all, I was with my daughter who started crying because she was hungry, at this time I saw in the kitchen they were just starting making a mess food. I called the manager to talk about the service, he was so rude too and he said I don't have a problem refunding the money. It wasn't about money it was about the comportment of your employees. I was so mad and sad for my daughter who likes cane's. I wouldn't recommend this place for any family with kids. Make sure to see the kitchen and how they throw food...

Cane's use to be my favorite place for takeout. However, that changed because of my last visit. On my last visit to Cane's I found a lot of hair embedded in the center of my fries. Immediately after, I seen the hair I contacted the store and asked to speak to a manage. I explained what happened and the manager said " did you vomit?". He also took my name and said we will replace the meal. However, I do not think that is enough. I suggest the store require workers to wear a hair net. Drive through order of a Caniac meal. Shorted two chicken fingers. Hard to count to six I guess.We love their food and service and they were busy. Call store who says drive right back and we’ll give you your missing food. They’re 20 minutes from us so I’m not gonna drive 40 minutes for 2 chicken fingers.Told the guy on the phone that who had no other solution.
