The Peach Cobbler Factory — Restaurant in Madison

I got the caramel apple cobbler 🤌🏽 easily added to my favorites from this item alone! Warm, ooey gooey goodness 🤤 What wasn't so pleasant was picking two pieces of some type of plastic out of my mouth as I reached the bottom of the dish. Idk exactly what it was but one thing it wasn't was edible.. The portion size could definitely be more generous considering the price.

What it was that REALLY rubbed me the wrong way, was the service. Or lack thereof. The cashier was a young guy and he didn't say one word upon entering, even when you reach the cash register, no greeting or anything. I just started ordering, he barely said a word except for clarifying if I wanted ice cream on the side or on top. I waited, my order was up pretty quick, the lady said "caramel apple" and sat the bag down. No smile, no acknowledgment, nothing. I shouldn't have to say maybe I came on the wrong day, because that shouldn't matter. If you're going to work in a position that is, get this, customer-FOCUSED, learn to have basic customer service skills. Nothing about this place is welcoming. If I visit again, it will likely be a different location. Disappointment in this- terrible (customer) service- causes my whole mind and mood to shift, regardless of services...

The Peach Cobbler Factory in Madison is hands-down one of the best dessert spots around. I tried the strawberry and blackberry cobblers, and both were incredible—warm, flavorful, and perfectly sweet. They also have tons of other cobbler flavors like cinnamon praline peach, sweet potato pecan, and mango peach, so there’s always something new to try.

Their banana pudding is just as amazing, with creative flavors like Oreo, Nutella, red velvet, strawberry, and even bourbon pecan. It’s not your ordinary banana pudding—the flavors are rich, creamy, and truly unique.

Beyond cobbler and pudding, they also offer cobbler shakes, puddin’ shakes, cookies, brownies, churro Stix, and cobbler-stuffed cinnamon rolls. Everything is generous in portion and full of flavor. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, The Peach Cobbler Factory in Madison is...

I truly wish that I could offer a great review....I'm a foodie....just love it.....and cobbler, YUM! However, though I have several friends who have recommended this place.....I ate Mediterranean next door....their Schwarma was devine!....and waited for them to open at 12pm. Then I waited past 12pm.....store was dark, the door was locked and no one answered the phone when I called. Quite disappointed in not being able buy cobbler to bring home....I live in North Huntsville....and do not make over to Hughes very often. Not sure what happened....and Yes, I noted the "Hiring' sign on the front window. If for any reason you are not going to open....post it on your door....life happens, we all know that.....very...
