Tommy D'z — Restaurant in Madisonville

Came in with my kids. Waited while the servers just sat there eating. Went to play at the play place to wait and came back inside. Couldn't get a server to even notice us... went back out because the kids were not wanting to wait forever and told the people in the back I wanted to place a order. Went back to the seating area and waited around. 25 mins of hanging around 15 mins of waiting in the seated area and still no one asked us if we needed anything... servers still just hanging out doing nothing... went to the back again and said "okay weve been waiting 15 mins and haven't been even spoken to anyone, we are leaving was just letting you all know." And the response was "adios". They were also fighting in the back when I came back there cussing and yelling at eachother. No sure who the owner or manager was or I would've spoke to them directly, pretty sure they were involved in the situation anyway so it doesn't seem the service will get corrected. Zero stars. They shouldn't even be open if they aren't going to...

If I could give a zero on customer service I would. Not only would the manager not come out of the kitchen to speak with me but the waiter Logan did not want to wait on us. I have experienced homophobic people before I should be used to it by now, but there's no need to be disrespectful. Me and my daughter, best friend, and brother who has downs were at this establishment and the service was horrible. Not at any time were we disrespectful or rude but our server and the manager were very rude. Never in all my years of being a manager would I ever say I am too busy to speak with a customer. This was 65.00 wasted. Not worth it to me. I won't be back. Learn respect. You don't have to like me but you should damn sure respect me since I respected you. Also if someone says they are a Veteran and shows you there I.D. don't be rude to them. Hate has no place in this world much let alone in...

Not even 1 star. It was a horriable experience. I have been to the one downtown and it was awful so we decided to go to the one in the mall. The waitress was horriable. I asked if the chicken sandwich came with a side and she said no so I said oh thats weird and I ordered. She then preceded to walk behind the little counter and tell the other waitress in a mocking way what I said while making eye contact with me (I did not say it in a smart way). Also while she was refilling drinks she picked up two cups and a plate so she put the drinks in her arm pressed up against her. It was gross. The food was not good either. It took 30 minutes just to get our food. We got a Ruben sandwich and a chicken sandwich and we did not finish our food. I will not be going to either location ever again and will tell my...
