Arby's — Restaurant in Mahoning Township

We hadn’t been to an Arby’s in a long time, since we come from out of state. We were really looking forward to it, but unfortunately, we were very, very disappointed. The cashier, though very nice, did not seem to understand the menu at all! The way she was explaining the specials was very confusing. Not being sure of herself, she proceeded to ask another employee, who may have been the manager, I’m not sure, and she seemed very annoyed, and not helpful at all. In order to get the two for seven, you had to get at least one of the exact sandwiches. And I mean exact, cheese, sauce, and everything. It definitely is not a Burger King, "Have it your way ". We chose not to get the special, and asked for Swiss cheese instead on my roast beef sandwich. What I got was a so-called processed Swiss cheese, as I was later informed, which looked and tasted like American white cheese, and it wasn’t even melted! I was also told that, since I was ordering a special sandwich, that I would be getting an onion roll. Never got the onion roll, it was a plain sesame seed roll! Fries were cold. Just to be polite, I offered an FYI to the cashier on my way out, who still seem confused about the whole menu. As a result I think my husband and I are done going to any kind of Arbys, in any...

Stopped through Drive through for a Jamocha shake. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! First let me say the young lady in the drive through was very nice. When I received the shake it tasted like vanilla. Not Mocha AT ALL!!!! When I took it back she was very nice about it. The second one was the same. Tasted likes vanilla. When I took it back a second time the manager was very indignant. I explained how I look forward to this every summer and she thought I mistaken about the drink I wanted because the Jamocha shake is available all year. Might be, but I look forward to it for a summer drink. I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. She did refund my money , but had the young lady in the drive through window give it to me, It was my choice to go back to the window. I wish I new her name. She was very sweet. Is on my way home from work. I stop there sometimes a few times a month. Is good. Can't recall a bad experience. They always have the latest specials. Occasionally they skip out on the marinara for the mozzarella sticks. That's why I always ask for it. Cuz they are useless without it. Although they are amongst the best mozzarella sticks around. My goto is just a plain old medium roast beef. I love it. I don't even dress it up. At all. The new crinkle fries...well, are now my favorite fast food fries. Before that was McDonald's. Better than Burger King, easily better than Wendy's, never freaked out about Wendy's curley fries either. Last time I stopped there was because of their crinkle fries. The sandwich came secondary.
