My boyfriend and I stopped at this McDonald’s to redeem loyalty points for free sandwiches. The girl taking the order informed us that she was only able to take one order per car. No problem. As we proceeded with placing one order, she asked what we would like for the second order after we put both of our meals on the single order. Realizing that there was an issue, and making no attempt to resolve anything, she just barked into the speaker for us to pull forward. At the window, there was a different woman who could clearly recognize the inability of the girl taking the order to properly do her job as there was a 3rd order for my fries!. Another employee had to get involved and was clearly stressed yet not surprised. I understand that mistakes happen, but for $17 an hour, l shouldn’t be told to pull forward before my order was confirmed, let alone complete or correct. Food was as expected. Read more8/14/22 @ 8:52 I ordered 3 apple pies and one 3 pack of chocolate chip cookies. I paid at the first window and pulled up to the second. Was told to go to the third. At approx 9:05 I went inside to see what was taking so long and one employee told me I was waiting on cookies and walks away without answer me how much longer. Then after saying excuse me 3 times loudly I got the attention of a manager who informed me I was waiting on Apple pies because they had none prepared and still haven't even dropped the cookies either. Not at one point was I told that everything I ordered was not ready. And was informed that I still had to wait because it takes at least 10 minutes yet I've waited 30 minutes at this point. I have one modification to my order, every time, same thing, I get home, ready to enjoy my meal and low and behold, it’s wrong, every, single time. How hard is it to take mayo off of something? I order two things, not the menu, it shouldn’t be hard to navigate. The franchise used to be good, good service, good food, etc. not within the past couple of years.
