MALE EMPLOYEE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO READ. ZERO STARS Very rude condescending employee. Asked for a glazed and the male employee picked up a MAPLE glazed donut and said very rudely “this is glazed!” I thought maybe it was a plain glazed in the wrong spot who knows, but it wasn’t- got home and realized it was maple which I don’t like. He was rude and just stupid and DOES NOT KNOW HIS JOB. Very rude dumb employee. He then did the same thing with another donut gave me one with some sort of sugar on top and I just wanted a regular chocolate long John. I’m not going back you won’t get my money any more there are other DD,s near by and they are nice and smarter than the dummies that...

This is not the meal that was described in the ad. This is supposed to be a sweet pepper bacon sandwich. The bacon isn't even cooked all the way its still very light pink. nowhere near the dark crispy picture described. there's not sweet pepper or extra bacon. the service was quick but maybe thats the problem. there was no customer in the store beside me and a person who had ordered before me. so there was no need for the rush job bacon sandwich. I work in this area and I can say this is my last time going to this dd. and the donuts was stale. so thanks...

My husband ordered me a plain bagel, toasted DARK. Received the mushiest bagel ever(can’t input video), the bagel looked the way bread does when it comes out of the fridge. You can tell they threw it in “warmed” it up for 5 secs and tossed it in the bag. Care more about their speed than their quality. Called back for a refund and they said i have to contact customer service. My husband called and then it was “we don’t do refunds come back for a new one tomorrow” but we know how that would go.
