Miraj Restaurant Mediterranean — Restaurant in Maine Township

I had my engagement party here they litteraly rushed us out gave us a 6pm time and kicked us out 2 hours prior because of another event they booked.... came here for a greek singer event ordered food they never brought the food or drinks out but thought they can bring the bill with all that stuff on it.. went to the bar to get a drink instead because no waitress was in site and they were allowing people who were their regulars to smoke by the bar but people from the party were not allowed. Their updates made this place a little prettier but the thing that gets me is the recent shooting of one of their own employees poor kid gets shot and instead of closing the resteraunt for a day to grieve the loss of one of their own or even acknowledge that one of their own was just murdered outside their place of buisness they continued to act as if nothing ever happened... At the most in my personal opinion this place I'd a non safe environment and have no future plans...

I’ve lived less than a mile from this place for a decade and never tried it; tonight was the night. It’s a unique establishment - hookah lounge, banquet hall, bar. Walking in was a little confusing for first timers but we were quickly welcomed and seated at the bar. Drink pours were impressively heavy. Our food came out fast and was great. The cheese burek appetizer deserves special mention with its garlic and hot sauces! Our waiter/bartender was in full hustle mode on a busy Friday night but still found time to take good care of us and have a few short chats. Overall I’d highly recommend eating here. It’s a bit “different,” but who likes the same old thing over and over?...
