I just visited since most Vietnamese places nearby are closed Mondays. I was pleasantly surprised! The Pho was delicious and not as salty as you'd expect. I normally order Pho as served traditionally with tripe, brisket, thinly sliced beef, and it all was made well and the beef wasn't tough or hard like some other places.

Also ordered the beef with broken rice, and the beef was flavorful and soft as well. The pickled carrots and daikon(?) even though just a side was really good! Also they were generous with the rice. Most other places don't give enough.

I'd recommend everyone to try this place at least once and taste the Pho!
