Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Maine Township

Yesterday was the second time I was there. I was kind of surprised at the price for the three piece combo $11.09 but it was pretty good the first time so I figured why not go back. Went yesterday , ordered the three piece combo and the girl said my total was 13 something? I reminded her that two days before the three piece was 11.09 and she was probably charging me for the 4 piece. She recalculated and when I pulled up to the window they noticed my dog was with me and gave her two dog cookies which was very nice. Was super glad to hear about them opening a Cane’s near Des Plaines but management needs to get a hold of their staff. Every time I come here, something is ALWAYS missing from my order. Whether that’s an extra sauce or extra toast- I’ve learned to sit at the drive thru and check my order super quick before leaving because I cannot express how many times I’ve had to send something back because they forgot a simple item. I visited this restaurant for the first time tonight and was very fortunate to meet Mellisa at the counter. She greeted me kindly and shook my hand. Once I was seated and began eating, she took the time to check on me twice, asking, “Is everything alright? Do you need anything?” When I was preparing to leave and she noticed I still had uneaten food in my hand, she proactively asked me if I needed a to-go box for my food.
