Wendy's — Restaurant in Maine Township

INTELLIGENCE INSULTED! I have been going to this particular Wendys for years and never have been disappointed accept today! My order was simple...a Biggie Bag with a double stack, High C orange, with bbq sauce and a medium Strawberry Frosty. When I received my MEDIUM Frotsy it was CLEARLY in a Small 12oz! ( I get them frequently enough to KNOW it was a small ) I Ask the drive thru clerk why it so small, his reply was "that is the medium" . I proceeded to ask to see the large size and he showed a significantly larger cup. I simply told him the size I received was NOT a medium but I was pressed for time so I had leave taking it as a loss. As I preceeded to eat my food my fries tasted as if they had been sitting for extremely long time. The nuggets were okay , the double stack was good. The Drink order was incorrect because I was given a orange FANTA instead of HI C orange which my taste buds were not prepared for so I spit it out and threw it away along with the cold fries. I feel like my hard earned money was wasted this trip. Hopefully I will have a better experience next visit as I have in the past at this particular wendy's. But not...

Ok so a few nights ago I went through the drive through...asked for 2 spicy chicken half salads...the gentleman (Nathan) confirmed " ok 2 chicken wraps?"....no 2 spicy chicken half salads... " ok, 2 wraps and 2 salads?"....no, 2 half salads, "ok 2 half salads and 2 wraps?"....no, no wraps, just 2 half salads..."Ok, 2 salads"...ok finally, I pull up and he Saud $16 something...Ok 2 half salads buddy, just that...Ok $12 something...oh ok, he takes my card and tells me to pull up, I pull up and a young lady walks out with 2 bags...2 freakin half salads and 2 freak in wraps...So I laugh and ask the darling young lady, "I'm sorry, is he high!?" Her answer is "haha, him? ( points at him) yea!" And walks away....wow, like chicagoland fast food service is pretty garbage but this by far takes the...

DINED IN,CHAIRS,TABLES STICKY,OLD FOOD ON CARPET,DIRTY CARPET,RESTROOM SINK,TOILET,MIRROR,FLOORS WERE VERY DIRTY,NO PAPER TOWEL IN PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER.BURGER LOOKED LIKE IT WAS RUN OVER BY A HIGHWAY STEAM ROLLER,PAID $7 FOR THAT,TRIED TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ON WEBSITE AND PHONE NUMBER GIVEN TO MAKE A COMPLAINT BUT THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE,THEY HAVE YOU ON HOLD FOREVER,IF YOU FILL OUT THE SURVEY ON WEBSITE WHEN YOUR DONE THE WEBSITE DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO SUBMIT INFO,NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU HIT SUBMIT,I LOOKED ON ANOTHER WEBSITE WHERE CUSTOMERS CAN MAKE COMPLAINTS IF THEY HAVE HAD ANY SITUATION,IT SEEMS LITERALLY EVERYBODY HAD THE SAME PROBLEM TRYING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ONLINE OR ON THE PHONE,I WAS ASTONISHED HOW MANY COMPLAINTS THERE WERE,INCREDIBLE,HOPEFULLY THEY CORRECT THESE SITUATIONS FOR...
