סטארבקס — Restaurant in Malden

I have been to this Sbuxs a few times (it's convenient and on my way to work or when I'm running errands) but I try to avoid it whenever possible. They can't follow simple customizations. I always specify "light foam" on my latte because unfortunately many new baristas don't know the differences in making a latte, a cappuccino, and a dry cappuccino. They usually free pour the steamed milk when they should be using theie spoon to prevent the foam from spilling in when making a latte. A latte should have foam on the top. I am basically getting a cappuccino everytime. I know the difference because I worked for Starbucks for 2 years while I was in school. It's just so disappointing and even when I specify "light foam" I'm given the pic on the bottom. That's why I don't frequent this Starbucks if I can help it. Quite frankly, and I am surprised to say this, I have been going to Dunkins now more than before.

a young Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, whatever, the worst attitude in the world, like he was sleeping on my face, he charged me for two coffees, I only ordered one, they don't take your name, they don't call when your order is ready, I was with my baby and wanting to get home, then he told me i ordered two coffees haha ​​(yes for my 1 year old baby and for me lol), he gave me the money back and then he tries to tell me that I want to take his marker lol because i signed the refund....are u normal? I paid him 20 dollars for something I didn't order and waited more than 10 minutes because I didn't think that was my order. I didn't go for a marker. Horrible experience. The music is so loud you can feel it in your body. It's incredibly harsh and invasive. Tried to sit and enjoy a coffee and it was like torture. The problem is clearly that the speakers are far away from the baristas, so they don't know how loud it is over the tables, so they turn up the volume so they can listen to the music while they work. And they look happy and that's great - I want my barista to be happy because they make me happy. But enough is enough already! It's been like this for years now! And this is why I rarely come here! If you would just install one speaker above the baristas you would solve...
