Not good option in veg. Been eating at tks, cava they are one of the best so far. And this one no where near. Food was okay, I'm first time eating here at pita pit. And falafel was like purchase from trader Joe's or somewhere. Didn't see authentic taste at all. There is one near my home got best pita and dressings. And on top I didn't have good experience with their service either. Guy forget to prepare my order while I am standing it front of him and didn't bother to ask me what I am waiting for. I was part of big group but all ordered separately. Mistakes can happen. So when I reminded him the owner jumped in and start saying to be respectful or he will not prepare my order. I was like what's wrong with you. Respectful for what. "By asking you to prepare my order by saying.. hey you have forgot to prepare my lunch, can you please prepare. I already paid you in up front for". And here is my receipt which actually he asked to see. And that's when I am in line waiting to be asked for my choices. Wouldn't it be appropriate to say something like "sorry, what would you want in your bowl" may be. Btw .... All I said was "are you gonna skip me or what, I am waiting." What I didn't like was guy who said he is owner, at end messed up my order anyway rather paying extra attention to...
Read moreFalafel: very tasty; Food safety/common decency : horrifying. Was in town on vacation and looking for good vegan eats in the small tourist town, which typically have tolerable but often limited options. I LOVE falafel, so the Lady and I were very excited to find this place. But I had to walk out and only tried the food later, when I was famished and also smoked a large [redacted]. Neither of the food-preparers were wearing masks, so they're literally standing there all day, with hundreds of orders, breathing maskless all over the open containers of vegetables and condiments [it's set up like a Subway, with no kind of barrier or obstruction between them and the food]. I get that masks suck-- but when you're making food for the public masses during a still- ongoing respiratory pandemic, and you're required to lean and hover directly over most of the completely exposed ingredients, perhaps some kind of protective measures would be appropriate, and sort of the bare minimum. Masks, or if that's just outrageous and expecting far too noble a sacrifice, at least install some kind of plastic guard between the huffing, panting breath-holes and the public...

I don’t know where to start. Picture this: you walk into a place expecting a warm, mouthwatering pita experience. Instead, you’re handed what I can only describe as a frozen wrap of disappointment. The pitas were so cold, I was genuinely concerned they were doubling as ice packs for the staff’s emotional wounds.
Speaking of the staff—non-cooperative is putting it lightly. They had the charm of a malfunctioning vending machine and the attentiveness of a broken GPS.
The ambiance? Cold. The food? Arctic. The vibe? Frostbite. If you enjoy hypothermic dining and the hospitality of DMV employees, this is your spot. Otherwise, run. And take your appetite somewhere it won’t be stabbed with an icicle.
Rating: 0/10. The only thing warm...
